For the price pollo charges it should be FRESH and they should give you plenty of napkins. Ours was old and hard and would only hand you 2 napkins.

This is a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner. Staff is pretty friendly and efficient. Some staff was cleaning and others stocking inventory. The food tasted fresh and healthy. Very casual setting ; can sit inside or outside. I ordered the double chicken tostada.... Nice juicy chunks of meat ; and very tasty, filling and healthy. Great place to stop in. Something for everyone. A lot of times they have coupons in the mail or on the app. Check it out.

Went through the drive thru and wasn’t greeted and also not greeted at the window. I said thank you have a goodnight and without eye contact shut the window on me. I get home to my destination to see they left out the chips and guacamole I ordered and also didn’t give me a spin with my order. I had to drive back and go inside to tell them what they forgot, they gave me the missing items without an apology and an accommodation. I was furious with their lack of customer service and their negligence

Drive through customer service was awful today! A woman with a very heavy accent and manly voice with full speaker volumen and bad manners said "Cheken alacarte iiiisss Reeeally expensive heeerr" ooh, too much for a Tuesday afternoon. Good customer service and manners are not out of style.
