They seem to always mess up my order been on hold for over 2 minutes to complain about how the forgot my drink on top of it she put a regular I asked for a large. Now I have to go all the way back to get my drink. It’s ridiculous then they get mad and give you attitude it’s happened too many times.

I ordered a Pollo bowl with a chicken breast which that’s not a breast because a breast is white meat and that’s similar to a thigh cause it’s dark meat and my chicken is dry so it must be from yesterday. All I’m asking can I get what I ask for and what I paid for Simple as that and the people working there that is not your food that belongs to the restaurant so stop selling day old meat

had a bad attitude, unfriendly, they forgot something in my order, and did not offer me if I needed anything else (my order had chips and they forget I think if you ask for chips it is obvious that it should have salsa or pico) in which I asked again for salsa obviously for the chips and well this person occurred to me to tell me that I did not ask for in his order and what bothered me even more was that only green sauce, which made me feel that I should accept it and not ask more, because it was just that he showed me, and for the third time they were not friendly to see if I needed anything else, anyway, the complements that this restaurant had have changed and one adapts but I think that the human service we need to improve it with sales and service techniques, of course I know that sometimes humans think they know everything from me I leave them 1 star in service because they made me feel bad, the menu is standardized to be productive and easy to offer I think that here the person was wrong in the service offered that in On other occasions it has been spectacular

Ordered 2 burritos. Simple, Queso burrito no Pico. What I got, a burrito, no Queso and tons of Pico. This after I confirmed twice with employee. Incompetent employee.

Not in the best location and the employees and clientele seem to match that. Food got me stuck in the bathroom the following day. Something is not clean or cross contaminated in there. And they are dealing with RAW CHICKEN….. lucky this place didn’t kill me.
