This location has two single occupancy bathrooms. Only one of them works and the other seemingly has not in quite some time. I'm sorry, this is fundamental. This is existential. I walk into this place, I order hot food, and it turns cold before I can wash my hands. That means, this is not a restaurant. I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for the fat El Pollo Loco employee to get out of the bathroom just so I can eat the food paid for. Also, that employee shouldn't have to feel guilty that he's human. Every one of us needs to take a long dump here and there, but this restaurant isn't prepared for that. Whoever owns this El Pollo Loco, needs to get it together and fix the bathroom. This is not a problem that should exist. Spend the money to fix the bathroom, please!Also, please don't reply to this review with some stupid excuse.

The Pollo bowl with tortillas and a drink for $6.99 is an amazing deal. Very healthy portion and flavorful. Highly recommend for a budget minded and relatively healthy option for the on the go person.

Ordered 4 Chicken Avocado burritos, and I'm not too sure what happened to the chicken but it had an odd taste of fish. One more so than the others, leaving a distasteful taste. It could have been a bad batch but I'm not going back. Service was okay.
