The food is always great, but it used to be that this was the one place I never had to double check my order; they always got it right. However, my last few orders, whether I went through the drive thru or ordered through GrubHub, have been missing items. El Pollo on Mt. Vernon needs to get their act together.

Okay I got beef to pick with this location. I just need to know who is making the green salsa? It used to be so good. Now it doesn't have the spicy kick. It tastes nasty like it has gone bad. I have thrown it out every single time. Something is off. Whoever is making salsa needs to stop. Go do something else, my love. El Pollo Loco manager, if you are reading this, fix it. Everything is else is great at this location but the green salsa gotta be fresh again.

Update: Customer Service has taken care of the issue and also issued missing points I didn't receive and apologied for the bad service.
The cashier was going to charge me for 3 tostada bowls instead of 2, then got an attitude when I asked why the price was so high.
