I didn't receive a greeting when I walked in despite someone being at the front register. I had to place my order on a self serve kiosk. When I get my drink I asked for iced tea and apparently they decided not to make any today! The quality of food was typical of El Pollo Loco, which is to say it was good. But the lack of iced tea really makes me not want to ever visit this location again. The dining room was dirty despite having no customers inside.

Automated machines is a no go! Im in the lobby paying for a human experience and the company expects me to take my own order and pay it too? What's next should I pay to make my own food also. What about the employees? Owner is greedy wanting to replace staff and the personal touch for machines.

I used to love this El Pollo Loco but have had a very bad experience with them today regarding an online order. My husband went to pick up the order and for some reason the store didn't have record of it even though we had the app saying it was received. One of the employees was asking what the name on the order was and my husband had said my name (Lacey) and the employee said "did you mean crazy?" Like he was crazy or something for trying to pick up an order that wasn't there. Ridiculous. Won't be returning after the way we were treated. Didn't receive the order either even though I was still charged.

I recently ordered three double chicken tostada bowls from El Pollo Loco, and I was very disappointed. The chicken was extremely dry and cold, and it seemed like only half a chicken breast was used per bowl. To top it off, there was barely a tablespoon of rice and beans in each bowl, with most of it filled with excessive lettuce. The overall quality and portion size were poor, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
