Poor service from the waiter ( guy ) not the first time . Gave this place another chance will not go back. The enchiladas were watered down heated tortillas with tomato sauce. I gave this place too many tries, and the guy waiter needs to improve his customer service ASAP !! He was quick to add the gratuity which I didn’t mind , but he really didn’t deserve it!! I hope the owner sees this and trains him a bit !!!

I had the aguachiles. The lime juice?
Was it a little funky. Also they did not clean the shrimp. I let the server know. She took my plate and never offered me anything else.

Place is cool, your typical Mexican restaurant, good food I just wouldn't say it stands out from the rest, although the white lane location is a little better.

I've been to El Puesto on California and on White Ln. plenty of times. The ambiance is fabulous, but every time I visit I get frustrated by the wait time. It is ridiculous and they have the reputation for taking so long to be served/helped. Expect over an hour wait to get your food.
The food was very delicious and flavorful! I really liked the environment! It was pretty and picturesque. The service was interesting, we had a table of 7 and the waiter probably came 4 times in total. Didnt check up on us. Brought water once. But they did bring us some more chips when we finally were able to make Eye contact with someone. I did like it. I would come back. But I will need to make sure I have plenty of time because the food took a long time.
