My first visit. I spent $26.00 and ordered #2 - two tacos, rice and beans, and the #18 - enchilada & chile relleno with rice and beans.
The service was classy and top notch. I walked in looking homeless and haggard and was given the same quality of service as soccer grandpa in the new SUV.
I got home after walking 4 blocks, the food was still so hot it was like I'd eaten there. The flavor is superb. The beans and rice are fantastic and do a great job at feeding the soul.
I was actually kind of disappointed the last time I had ate here. We ordered some shredded beef tacos which normally are to die for and they were so soggy the bottoms of all the tacos fell apart by the time we had gotten home . But normally this place is our go to place for tacos

I used to go here all the time in this place was really good. What the heck happened? I ordered nachos and it looked like a five-year-old made them, the meat tasted old and the nachos were terrible. The guy running it also double charged my friend. There is a ton of good Mexican food in Bakersfield. You can pass on this one.
