I’m really sad to put this review cause I love this place good burgers and usually good people been here multiple times and took my girl for our first date here and we were here to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. But when I went 2/11/26 and we were waiting to be sat for 5 min now 5 min doesn’t seem like long time but when there is 3 Customer's in the whole place and 8 employees I counted literally just standing there multiple I mean multiple of two to three employees all talking to each other doing nothing as I’m standing and staring at them. The only person to finally say a word to us was a table busser. As a person who works in the industry someone who works for those tips it’s insane to me how do you expect a good tip with crap service like that. as well it felt like my business was not taken seriously as maybe I looked young so they thought they can just look at me and have me wait mind you they saw me staring and they continued to talk and do other things besides help sit us or acknowledge us I’ve never had this problem even when it was busy I would at least be recognized as a human standing there in their doorway. We decided to leave and go to yard house which talked to us immediately, sat us immediately, purely recognized us for giving them business even though they were packed and even apologized for the wait on finding us a booth. Again even a simple greeting and this whole review wouldn’t be necessary but I felt like I was bothering them. Like I was the problem and that’s insane really put a disgusting taste in my mouth about this place. Just plain sad. And I know the employees could care less but hopefully the owner does

Food is good, lots of unique options, and gluten free & dairy free options. Everything was plated nicely and came out quick. Service wasn’t good tho. The staff are nice but they’d make better door greeters not servers. It wasn’t busy at all but every time we asked for something the waitress kept forgetting. She didn’t actually ever stop to ask if we needed anything except for the check at the end. Even otw out we asked for a bag with the check and she didn’t even bring that. We ended up asking someone at the bar for help. We still tipped her very well but it was quite annoying to have to tip for poor service. Training should be better. Or at least give a decent server to larger tables when you know they’ll be tipping $20+

excellent cheeseburger and ginger lime soda, and servers are super friendly and helpful in making space for our dogs to enjoy beef patties and a water bowl.

I am deeply saddened to report that EUREKA has removed VEGGIE BEET BURGER PATTY. I have been a long time eureka customer and I am vegetarian (not vegan). The beet patty was removed and new garden patty has arrived which was very bad. Eureka has lost it uniqueness for me as it was one of the few place where I can have homemade vegetarian patty.

Great happy hour. Good bar to hang out and grab a snack and a drink. Excellent margaritas. Decent vegetarian selection. Fries, Brussels sprouts, fried pickles, Mac and cheese balls. They have salads and you can sub any burger to be veggie. I swear they used to have this beet burger but maybe that’s just the veggie patty and I’m forgetting? Cuz that beet burger was THE BEST. Service is always good. Bar seating, high tops and restaurant tables. Parking lot is usually my crazy but that’s okay

The food just didn't sound good when reading the menus... And for the pieces, I was hoping to at least see steak or something with an aju dip...
I did however get an Arnold Palmer, and even that was underrated. It was extremely watered down.

CHLOE!!! That is all that needs to be said. Manager Julian is always so accommodating. We had the honor of being served by the fabulous Chloe, tonight. Her personality is as bright as she is. We will always come back to this location because of the service and delicious food and stouts on tap.
