The seat yourself policy is ok but the only con about it is that you're waiting forever for somebody to come to your table to help you. Food is good though but not worth the wait for help

Just think $10.00 a beer. Think about that for a while. Let that sink in. For the price of a six pack, you can sit at a bar and be ignored by the bar tender. $10.00 for a beer is ridiculous. Atmosphere or none at all. $10.00 is just a slap in the face.

We were pleasantly surprised. Never heard if this place. 10 of us went there. The kids had something to do! The rest of the family enjoyed drinks and food. The food is basic. It's a sports bar/games/bowling. It's not meant to be a Michelin Star Restaurant! Some reviews can be harsh for no reason. Best of all was Ivan the bartender/waiter. This guy knocked it out of the park. If I owned a business in Bakersfield, I'd recruit this guy in a heartbeat. Organized, quick, excellent memory retention, and a super positive guy. There's some customer service skills you just can't teach! Our family very happy and full!

Half the people there seem like they hate their life and would rather be doing anything else than serving / helping you. There’s a few really nice people but the drop off is pretty steep. Middle aged bartender lady is rude and I’d give her 0 stars if I could.

They need to readjust TVs by the bar. It's hard to look up at the games when sitting at the bar and the ones that are at the bottom they are to small. The food is good though" and good happy Houre drinks.

Attended a district Christmas party here. The food was good, and the facility was very big. They have a bowling alley, games, and pool tables. Service was great, and the waitress was helpful and consistently checked on us. I recommend this location.
If I could give it zero I would, horrible service and incompetent employees. Don't waste your time, you would be better off burning your money in a bucket. Do you and your loved ones a favor, avoid this place at all cost.

For my first time going to the firehouse, I felt lost. I was waiting on my party so we sat for like 10 min. Customer service in the front was great we got drinks while we waited. Once my party arrived we went to the bowling area. we waited like 30min to get help just for them to answer a few ?I had. So finally settled in. Customer service for my food was bad the girl that was in the Bowling section had really bad customer service, which kept giving me a sarcastic face. Than once the food arrived, they left are trays at the register by the main walk way with other people checking in n walking by. My food was open to anything falling on it or any dirty hands. I honestly don't recommend this location. I will give the Rosedale location a chance before I cross out the firehouse of my list.
