Firehouse Rosedale Station

Not enough help. We had a 1:15 reservation. Arrived early, had to wait for the lady to help others before they cleaned our shoes, so far 30 minutes waiting to get our order taken. Had to wait 10 minutes and chase down someone just to pay for a soda when we were already finished bowling and ready to leave- some of the worst service ever.

Bad customer service ….. staff so RUDE… I complaint with manager but didn’t help ….i spent gud amount of money but will not go back ….

Rude female just throwing the shoes to me and my family for bowling..won a bike on one of the games been 3 days and still haven't gotten my prize and they have no time line or written conformation on it been down there and called place is a joke..

The atmosphere, The food, The service. Everything you're looking for. All in one place the whole sports scenes of being able to watch the game is a great spot just to go chill and have a good time. Tri-tip sandwich was to die for and you never go wrong with their fries.

Place is decent. I am disappointed by the lack of Spanish music allowed tho paid to listen to minimal variety of music . Some servers were very “blah” as I can put it, they weren’t very Helpful, seemed as if they were incapable of using words or expressing themselves they lacked customer service skills

First time coming here. We stopped in for a bite to eat before going to a concert. Was very surprised at the available activities there ... Billiards, Video games, TV's everywhere, and even a bowling alley! Had a nice pastrami sandwich and everything my companions order was good. Service was very attentive and friendly.

This was my second visit within the past three months, and as usual, I sat at the bar. During my previous visit, the bartender on duty was notably inattentive. At one point, she mentioned she was going on break and told me that another bartender would take care of me if I decided to close out. I responded immediately to her before she walked away that I was ready to check out, she simply turned away and walked off without informing anyone that I was ready to pay. That experience left a negative impression, and I chose not to leave a tip that evening.

I decided to give the establishment another chance and returned during the World Series. Unfortunately, the same bartender was working again. I initially attempted to avoid interaction by ordering through the other bartender, but after a brief exchange between them, the same bartender ended up serving me once more. I ordered a drink that was made incorrectly, and although she did correct it after I mentioned the issue, her approach was careless—she simply gave me another glass without the beer in it so i can correct the drink myself with the correct tajin coated glass. Any experienced bartender knows that a beer cannot be re-poured without losing carbonation and quality.

At this point, I’m unsure whether the service issues stem from a prior misunderstanding or a general lack of professionalism, but either way, the experience has been consistently disappointing.

We enjoyed watching the World Series on the numerous big screen TVs above the lengthy bar. The food and drinks were good and the service was attentive. We plan to return to this establishment.

The service at Firehouse was outstanding friendly, attentive, and really made our visit enjoyable. The food was just okay, but the excellent service definitely made the meal taste better.

I would return mainly for the staff, who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.
