Firehouse Rosedale Station

We went here primarily to bowl in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. It was quiet when we arrived. We asked the woman behind the counter if we could bowl and she directed us towards a large video monitor to register to bowl where it asked for my telephone number and email address which I found annoying. If you request a lane through their website you have to provide the same info. There was no notice as to what would be done with my info.
The bowling alley has 10 lanes, is dimly lit with bright neon paint accents to highlight the pins, and has easy to read video monitors displaying your game info. The lanes seemed to be in good shape. The BIG drawback here is the run-up to the lanes; there’s no slide action. They aren’t sticky, but there is no glide. Your shoes just STOP. This is unlike any other bowling alley we’ve been to. We won’t bowl here again.
The service was friendly albeit a bit slow. Looks like it would be a good place to watch sporting events and knock back a couple beers, but the bowling was a big letdown.

Terrible experience attempting to call restaurant and dispute a charge. I was able to speak to an employee once and then they proceeded by hanging up on me. I then kept attempting to call back, and either had the phone picked up then a hang up, or no answer at all. Terrible customer service.

Great establishment! Employees are awesome and always make sure each table is doing well. Food is amazingly fresh&delicious 😋

they close at 11 so don't come any minute after

Played pool league on Tuesday. Ordered 2 draft beers. Then ordered food. 2 separate transactions on my card. Everything seemed correct on food order but the drink order was updated on my card that showed a $10 tip that I never approved. For 1 why would I tip$10 on a bill that was $5! And 2, no one served us, we went to the bar to get our drinks after being there for an hour not once seeing a waitress. Is it common to add a tip to a bill 2 days later?! If my league team must play there again I will only pay with cash.
When contacting them on Thursday night I was told the manager was not there and I can call back on Monday. I said there's no one I can talk to tomorrow? Nope, call back Monday. Seriously? No manager over the weekend? Hard to believe.

Sharlene was a greater server. She deserves a raise and more tips. 10/10 would recommend.

Interesting spot. I didn’t have any food but my friend did and said it was good. I went there to shoot pool.

They have amazing predator tables, with young clientele that don’t take care of the tables. Balls are chipped and dirty, tables have crud/crumbs all over them.

Angelique helped me when I got my table and she was an angel. Her service and another blonde gentleman who’s name I forgot (I’m sorry) were great. So was Keisha who was my server. I’d go back to shoot again sometime possibly. Nice tables, could be cleaned better.

Overall the food was oily. They didn’t get my order right and some food items were missing. Also some of the food was burnt. Never got a refill on my drink and almost died choking. Never eating here again.

If i could give this place a zero i would because last night my friends and i went in after we got off work to go play pool and while we were in the middle of our game all the lights turn off at its 11:28 and they close at 12 so my friend went up to the corner and asked nicely to turn the light on for us and the MANAGER got rude with her for no reason so my other friend and i went up there and asked why we’re getting kicked out at 11:35 when you guys close at 12 and they rudely responded and said we don’t have a enough guests to stay open so we’re closing early which i understand but no one came to our table to let us know and just turned the lights off then proceeded to call us names and be rude and then banned us so i would like for the OWNER to contact me because this isn’t the first time this has happened

We Played pool had drinks and the chicken steak combo Nachos are excellent place to be👌

We went bowling for grandsons birthday . We ordered wings like 3 orders of them a turkey sandwich and fish n chips. The chicken was raw some in 2 orders bread on sandwich was dry and falling apart and fish was way over cooked tasted like it was reheated in oil . Although they took chicken and drinks off our tab and we're nice about it we were hungry. We drove from Fresno for celebration.

We ordered lanes online and got here early like we were directed and they still let people go ahead of us and didn’t listen to anything we were saying. Not only were our lanes taken but we were shown no respect or customer service for the things we had already paid for. It’s very hard to have a family night with people who you haven’t seen all year and give them a fun night bowling when the place you’re going has terrible service.

the service was absolutely terrible, we got there 30 minutes early and the customer service was terrible.

Juliet provides the best world class servicer EVER. Ask for Juliet and you will not be disappointed. Your expectations will be exceeded...... Don't be cheap on the tip. She deserves it
