Stopped here on the way to Ventura! Pretty good! I got the spicy cajun chicken, lots of flavor and was really good. Not spicy at all the only spice came from the jalapeños. Ambiance was clean, bright, and well taken care of! Would definitely visit again!

I came in yesterday passing 11 in the morning and I was helped by the employee she reeked like alcohol I don’t understand why they don’t have a higher stander for their employees, I don’t know her name since she didn’t have a name tag. She had silver hair, and she was short in height, poor customer service.

Today was my first time here. It was easy to find. Parking was a bit crazy but im not surprised in this shopping center with Starbucks:). Staff was friendly, the place was clean, tables was not too close together so that was nice. My sandwich was BOMB! Soft, warm, flavorful, I will definitely get the Club on a Sub again!!

They take to long for the food when nobody is there. they even give your food to someone else n they have to remake it. Food is good they need better staff.

I brought a friend here for their first time and really talked it up last night on December 8th around 8:30 p.m. and I ordered two large beef and cheddar brisket a mac and cheese and a chili and I knew it was going to be expensive it was $45. Well I had just worked in the cold all day and was rushing home so didn't check the bag until I got home and they didn't even put the chili in there. So I paid $6 for no chili. It's one thing if you make something wrong but to not include it at all they just got $6 almost for free. It's not hard to check the order and make sure you've included everything before handing it over and yes I should have checked it too but I'm paying for a service and I should receive my food either way

Ordered online, arrived at pick up time. The place was busy, waited 15 minutes to receive order. The workers seemed exhausted. Nevertheless, the workers were friendly and courteous. While two female managers sitting outside at the front entrance, visible to all customers, were raising their voice to communicate work conflicts to one another.

I love the hoagies here, and am giving 4 out of 5 because they are super slow, especially at peak times. You would think management would hire accordingly, but no! So if you have an extra 15-20 minutes to wait for your lunch, you will like the lunch.

Great sandwiches, wish they didn’t skimp on the protein… seems that the sandwiches are getting thinner…still delicious but just smaller for the prices. Brownies are scrumptious! Bathroom is clean and dining room adequate. Orders take a long time to come out, so if you are on an hour lunch break, prepare to eat fast!

Love the Italian sub from here! Even if the employees are a little standoffish, they know how to make a dang good sandwich! Small little lobby with a few tables, but I tend to dine in anyways.Parking: It’s a lot crammed with businesses, so parking is often very difficult. One person leaves, and immediately someone takes their spot.
