Ordered the chicken and rice soup they had today, but was given something different. It’s rice and beef stew of some sort and the rice is extremely crunchy. The soup is also very salty.

The food is pretty decent, but the one on Allen always seems to be closed randomly when it’s not supposed to be, which is pretty frustrating. We went over an hour before they were closed on a day they were supposed to be open and no one was there, and that isn’t the first time this had happened. Once I even placed an online order, which processed, and when i went to pick it up it was closed and I wasn’t able to get my food or my money back until much later.

The place is just okay. I've tried giving it multiple chances, but I'm still not impressed. The wraps always fall apart..maybe consider using a different tortilla brand? Additionally, the rice in the wrap was hard and crunchy, as if it wasn't fully cooked. I appreciate that it's a healthier option, but it really lacks flavor.
One morning, I ordered a kids' meal with chicken and rice, hoping to save it for lunch later. When I returned a few weeks later, I was told they couldn’t accommodate lunch orders in the morning, which struck me as odd since I had done it before without any issues. It would be nice if they could maintain some consistency.

The food was ok. Decent restaurant and clean. Servings was ok. The rice and protein kids meal is just as simple like home prepared but hoping it was done better to be appealing. Using a measuring cup for the rice can make it a better looks. The lady who took our orders was serious and no smile... Tables are clean but the baby high chair is dirty. Looks like needs a scrub to clean it.

Got the shredded beef, sweet potatoes and black beans. They brought it out in less than 5 minutes. Everything cooked great, beef was very tender and seasoned well. Will definitely come back when I pass through for work.

I tried an Acai bowl with granola, coconut flakes, strawberries & pineapple for the first time, and loved it! The peanut butter protein drink is also good.

I want to support this place so bad, but just can’t anymore. I have given it DOZENS of second chances because I’m a business owner and I know it’s HARD!! But dang, it sucks. The customer service, the inconsistent food, all of it. It’s expensive but I’d totally pay it if the quality was there but sadly it’s not.Hopefully their other location is better and can bank roll this one.
The customer service was abysmal. I asked two questions regarding ingredients in the food. Both times, the employee (who appeared to be managing the site on her own) told me that an ingredient was not in the food that turned out to be in the food. She appeared frustrated when I asked questions. For context, my sibling who asked for an açaí bowl has a severe nut allergy and it was not clear if there were nuts in the granola (based upon the menu). The employee treated me as if I were being difficult for asking about the ingredients when in actuality I wanted to ensure that my sister would not get sick. When I left she handed me my food in a passive aggressive manner and spoke over me before I could ask another question. After reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only one who has experienced rude customer service and hope that this changes.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a road trip, wasn't sure what to expect, but the food was amazing! We got a chicken bowl and a steak wrap, and both were incredibly fresh, good portions, and tasted wonderful! Highly recommend this place

This place is fantastic to pick up healthy meals quickly. It's easy to order online and pick up in store. All the wraps and salads are tasty and preportioned. I especially like the kale-ada smoothie and the energy bites.
Dietary restrictions: Ordering online makes it super easy to add or subtract any ingredient. The online ordering makes it super transparent what is in each dish.
