Dined there for thanksgiving and the food was great as always. Service also good. Will be back for Christmas dinner.
This is the best restaurant in Bakersfield food is great service is the best. Everyone working here are friendly and helpful and always get everything right we come here twice a month .The owner are so nice and friendly and make sure everyone is taken care and the management is also great
A great place to have a special meal for a special occasion. All of the meats and salad bar were superb. The staff was very cordial. The owner stopped by our table, as well as the others, and asked how everything was and made sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend Flame and Fire.
Super friendly staff and owners we had the chance to meet them and they made sure we were being well accommodated I will definitely be back the price is definitely worth the experience food quality, and ambiance. It was our first time at this restaurant and I have nothing but positive feedback and good things to say about this restaurant and staff:)!
Niko, Faith, the hostess, and wait staff were absolutely the best part of the whole experience for us. They were excellent!! The gauchos took to long to bring the cuts around. By the time they got to our table, we had waited at least 10min.for each choice of meat. There are 20 different cuts, but most seemed to be Pork. We were only offered 1 choice of Chicken and it was a "spicy leg". Odd for fine dining to serve bone in cuts to people dressed in business/casual classy. Seems rather a messy choice. All the cuts seemed to be end cuts and all of them were tough. The Lamb was the best. Definitely not top grade meat for $70 per person. This did include the "buffet" table. Not many options there either. The dress code was definitely NOT enforced. The bar noise filtered in to the dining area, where there was music all ready piped in. All the tables are open and there's no privacy for conversation. I read the reviews before going and was expecting an elegent meal at a 5 star restaurant. Not even close. Sorry Flame and Fire, it missed the mark for us and will not be a "do over."
Flame and Fire always provides an AMAZING experience! The service, food, and atmosphere are like nothing else that is offered in Bakersfield, and I am so grateful for having an opportunity for an elegant evening of fine dining!
We went to Flame & Fire for our anniversary, and it was excellent. The service was attentive, the atmosphere was relaxed but elevated, and the food was outstanding. A great spot for a special night out!💚
We were visiting the area and celebrating anniversary the water Valentino did a very great job making us feel very welcome and Nico also was very well coming. This make the difference. Service 5 star. Great place
Service was not that great. They didn't bring around the variety of meats. They kept brining the same meat. When they did bring the streak they were slicing it very thin and only giving one. There not that many people there so the food should not have been an issue. Funny mangers speak to people they know but don't go around to all tables. The prices have gone up so much for what you get. We been doing since they open and this has been the worse experience. We went for our anniversary and I would have rather gone to outback for better quality of food. At least the manger comes around and makes you feel welcome and the servers talk.
Valentino was one of if not the best waiters that we have ever had. He was very attentive and very respectful and helpful in every way. He along with the rest of the team did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a extra good dining experience.

I enjoyed the Rodizio experience with my boyfriend and the variety that was provided. The quality of the meat was exquisite, but my favorite part of the experience was the pineapple. The staff were kind and very attentive. I intend to return in the future. It was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had, and the ambiance paired with the music selection solidified my pleasant experience.
We were very excited to try Flame & Fire and to say we left disappointed is an understatement. Our bread came to the table luke-warm and tough, 90% of the meat that came to our table was too tough and/or too fatty to chew through, and far overcooked. Very disappointed to have wasted $170 on our meal, as the only enjoyable thing consumed was my amaretto sour. The service was great, but unfortunately that is not enough to make the price of our meal worth it. Will not be back again, and will be advising others to do the same.
Absolute AWESOME first experience! Great food, beverages, and service! Will definitely return. Awesome for special occasions. Looking forward to our next visit!
Dined at Flame & Fire many times before. One of my favorite Brazilian restaurants. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Will definitely plan to return again.
Unfortunately, I picked the wrong date to take my family for a "special dinner". I had a party of 13 on Sunday - Labor day weekend. The service by the waitress was fine. She did a good job keeping our drinks full etc.. The Buffet Bar was fine, with the usual Brazilian dishes, I'd rate as 7-8 out of 10 for Brazilian restaurants. The problem came when it was time for the Rodizio (meat service). Being a large table, we were at the back section of the restaurant. The servers would come, making their rounds with the popular cuts and many times would run out (of the good cuts) before reaching our table. Mostly what made it to us was the less popular Chicken and Lamb dishes. Some beef, but not much! A few times, I asked the servers to bring out some beef cuts, but more chicken or linguica would arrive. Finally I went to the front and asked if they servers could be told to bring us some Beef and explained what was happening. I thought that would get results, but finally one of the owners came, apologizing that they had run out of meat, due to the busy weekend and that they weren't able to order more. He offered some free desserts to try an make up, however 3 of our party who follow the carnivore (meat only) diet who couldn't enjoy a free dessert, after 2-plus hours waiting for meat to be served, basically went away hungry. For me to bring a party of 13, it was a pricy dinner evening, but I figured everyone could get what they wanted or needed and besides, it isn't something we often do! My wife and I, since retirement live in Brazil, so we wanted to share a bit of the food and culture here. We know what a real Brazilian Churrasqueira is supposed to be like. For a fraction of the US dollar cost here, we would have been turning away food and everyone would have been full within the hour. There, the meat comes no-stop and you literally need to turn your markers over to slow things down! To be fair, I have been to the restaurant 2 or 3 times before and enjoyed i
