My husband and I had the best time together. I definitely recommend it for all dates. The servers were amazing with hospitality and as well as the manager Nico. He made us feel very welcomed and like family. Overall an amazing experience

Prior to this Father's Day visit we have always had exceptional service. This day was busy, as we expected, so the meats were slow to come around, but food was still great, just slow. Our service was the issue, server was 'okay' not great. The issue was at close out time, when she handed me the bill, there was only a totaled receipt, no itemized bill. We were a large party, and the dollar amount appeared to include an already added gratuity which I wanted to verify before adding the tip on an $800 bill. When I asked for the itemized receipt. she got annoyed and pulled the crumpled receipt out of her apron pocket. It was pretty clear by her response that she was trying to hide the already added gratuity. Shady and unethical.

Great experience. The reservation was smooth, and the staff was very kind. They were quick to come to our table and go over their chef specials plus they're all you can eat deal. They were timing the servings perfectly and kept all the good meats coming !!! Niko was also very nice, he came out and double checked how me me and my fiancé were doing.

Great experience and had a good time. A bit on the pricey side but could not complain otherwise.

Been coming to this restaurant for a good while now. I'd say about 8+ times now. I've noticed a couple of things change from my initial visit. I've noticed food quality go down. When I went at first we would get medium to medium rare cuts of steaks. Yesterday they flat out gave us some raw cuts. Not medium or medium rare but blue. This happened throughout my visit more than once yesterday. I had to call it and get out. I recommend if you do visit go during the week or early the chefs seem to struggle with their consistency with temperatures on their meats when the place is packed. Other than that always a good treat when it's firing on all cylinders.

Food is amazing! Service is outstanding! We love dining at Flame & Fire. Every special occasion, we choose to celebrate here. This time, we celebrated a birthday and we invited a friend that never experienced a Brazilian steakhouse. It was a night to remember and we cannot wait to celebrate another occasion at Flame & Fire.

I took my daughter and her Godparents to celebrate her First Communion and they all had an AMAZING Experience. Food and Service hey Five Stars!!!! See you again very soon. 💯🙏🏽

Our experience was PERFECT! They took great care of us. The crew was very friendly and was on top of everything. The food was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant. Nikko and Christoff are wonderful people and they will take great care of you.

The food was delicious but the service wasn't so good. The staff seemed to be rushed and all over the place. For the price you pay to eat there they should not be spaying cleaning agents on the tables nearby while patrons are eating and table should be bused by all staff of unused plates, silverware and glass.

Our team had a great experience at Flame & Fire! From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Every cut of meat was delicious and the variety offered kept us excited for the next round. The sides and drinks complemented everything beautifully. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!

They were out of a lot of things on the market table, and several people in our group only had the market table. We had to wait over 25 minutes for the baked salmon to be replenished, which we were told would be an 11 minute wait. The restaurant was busy, but the servers took a long time to come by initially and throughout the meal to check on us. Not the greatest experience. Also, several of the meats were over salted.

Amazing food, great prices, it was kind of busy. Service took a little while but nothing to complain about. Manager came by and checked on us. Great guy, definitely recommend 9.5/10

Terrible! The waiter only came to our table once all night. The meat was extremely salty and overcooked! The drink took 10 minutes to arrive, and the water was never refilled. We waited more than 10 minutes for the bill, and we asked 3 employees for it until we decided to get up and wait at front door . I left hungry. The restaurant wasn't full! I don't recommend it!
