Depressing, came here last night and it was hot. Probably the AC not working correctly. Only a couple of people eating. Ordered a plate of food nd they brought me a plastic to go container, barely any meat, look like my shawarma meat was cut into very tiny small pieces spread on top of my rice to make it look like I got lots of meat. My pita bread was cold and hard and the salad was ok. It felt like I just bought a plate with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and a small side of hummus. Oh don’t forget a cold hard piece of pita bread. Mediocre food to be honest.

I visited the new restaurant on Panama Lane. I was disappointed with my cabbage salad bowl. Veggies were sour/old and meat was overdone. I hope they do better, I have loved other Flame n Skewers in town.

I ordered 3 meals from here for dinner. 1 meal was correct, 1 meal was made wrong, and the 3rd meal was missing. It took forever for them to answer when I called. They agreed to make the missing plate. I brought back in the one made incorrectly to show that it was incorrect and have them remake it. I've been waiting for over 15 minutes already for the remake and missing item. While the food typically tastes good, they get the order wrong more often then they get it right. The ambiance is a bunch of people standing around waiting for their orders and taking things back because items are missing and incorrect.

Not impressed. Wrap had minimal tomatoes and onions. Couldn't taste tahini. Two pounds of soggy mushy fries.

The chicken and beef were cooked to perfection, but their veggies were charred, and we were unable to eat them. On top of that, we ordered bowls without veggies and just rice, and they couldn't get it right either. The manager did reach out, and made it up for us.

I ordered the chicken kebab with rice, hummus, and salad plate. It was DIVINE. I could eat it for the rest of my life and it's a good portion for the price!! The first time I came i told the cashier it was my first time and she was very helpful!! I want to have my baby here so I can get free meal for life. 10/10

Where do i begin with this review

Clean lobby area & restrooms.
Huge portions of food.
Staff is friendly & welcoming.
Free water cups accessible to everyone.
Fries are crispy & have a nice salty seasoning not to overpowering.
Food is cooked fresh.
Tables are clean & wiped down.

We went close to the end of the night & the staff did not make it feel like we were a burden & didnt rush us out.

Always delicious perfectly seasoned chicken kabob, dark leaf fresh salad with thee best Mediterranean dressing!! My favorite is the hummus! Served with a homemade Naan...when I eat here I feel like I'm in an exotic place please try it you won't regret it !!
