Overall great food. Service is good. They have normally a couple cooks and a couple people to handle the register which makes things go swiftly. The dining area is small though and not very welcoming. But if you come here you must be patient because the quality of food is so good it's worth the wait.

This was amazing. My only request is that they add lamb to the menu. If feeding 2 people who are moderate eaters, a kebab plate with a double order of meat (one chicken and one beef) is still a lot of food. It took 4 of us (3 moderate eaters and a light eater) to complete 2 plates with sides. The meat is grilled perfectly, the rice is beautiful and aromatic, and the entire order with two baklava costs about $57 or so. I recommend this place. The staff are kind and congenital.
Vegetarian options: The majority of the food is vegetarian friendly and the meat options can be switched out for falafel. Most of every else is good to go and cooked separately.

The Mediterranean style taste of the food here is very consistent. The food is good and the smiles from the staff gives it a good atmosphere to be here. Highly recommend if you don't mind a non drive thru place if you're not planning on dining in.

The food is good. I really like the beef shawarma bowl with a side of lula kabob. Sambal chili paste goes great with the shawarma bowl.

Terrible experience at this location. I called in an order and went to pick it up 30 mins later. Paid for it as soon as I got there and they lost my order and didn’t start working on my order until I complained 20 mins into waiting for my food.

My fellow Bakersfield citizens that are boiling in this heat, the coldest place in the city is Flame and Skewers bathroom! It's awesome! The whole restaurant's air conditioning is on point. It was 108° outside yesterday yet I was feeling so good that we stayed there for an hour and a half. Now on to the food. We got chicken shawarma wraps and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were the best sweet potato fries I've ever had anywhere. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and perfectly salty. The chicken shawarma definitely needs an extra garlic dip. It is delicious and has a nice flavor, but extra sauce is where it's at. Nice and roomy in this restaurant and it didn't take long for the food to be ready. Their carbonated berry drink taste like blueberry sprite. It's so good I get a refill at the self serve fountain twice. It doesn't have artificial color in it which i like.
Plenty of parking reasonable prices.
