Zero managerial and communication skills when it comes to “client experience”. Please do better training when it comes to your team and how to go about fixing a client concern. I had the worst experience with the gosford location. Will NOT be back. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to my arrival and paid once I got there no problem. Received my order incorrect and the girl with the ridiculous amount of piercings on her face proceeded to tell me that she tried to reach out to me to tell me that they ran out of chicken shwarma but in reality I never received a call. I would have assumed as an employee if you knew this information, then you should have told me when I paid, because it could’ve been a different outcome. Then to make things worse the gentleman behind the counter went mute and didn’t know what options to give me. I had to beg him to give me options to figure out the situation. As a manager myself I am shocked that these employees have zero communication skills and never once did I receive a “sorry”. The only option I could come up with was a refund and the girl proceeded to take the incorrect item back instead of apologizing and leaving it in my bag for the “inconvenience”. To better assist customers please offer retraining for your employees.

Order ahead they take their time to make it fresh. The food is very delicious. You can ask for a warm pita. There is fountain drinks and you have to ask for hot sauce. There is chicken Shawarma. , Beef, chicken, falafel. From what I remember, you can ask no powder chili on the hummus.

I stopped by this restaurant while visiting family in Bakersfield and decided to grab something to eat on my way back to Los Angeles and wow, I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was flavorful and fresh, and honestly, I wish there was a location closer to where I live because I’d be here all the time.

The service was just as great. The cashier (she had red hair—didn’t catch her name since she didn’t have a name tag) was incredibly kind and helpful. She made the experience even better with her kind energy.

Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area. You won’t regret it!

Chicken and rice is good but they forgot my salad and roasted vegetables that come with my meal. Their falafels are good but the sweet potato fries are like sponges full of oil, maybe fry them at a higher temp and drain well? Check your bag before u leave.

Very deliciuos and cheap i love it

It's been twice now that they forget the CHICKEN in the kids CHICKEN shawarma meal. We loved this place and it's been disappointing lately. The portions at this location is so small compared to other locations. This location tends to disappoint all the time...

Have been following on instagram and decided to stop by give them a try. So glad I stopped. Food was amazing and can’t wait to return and try more food off the menu. I ordered the chicken kabob plate and ordered the double rice and salad and pita. All the food was delicious and flavorful but I particularly enjoyed the rice and so glad I ordered a double portion. Service was excellent and my order was taken promptly and food delivered quick. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. They offer specials and can be seen on the Instagram account. If close to them I would highly recommend giving them a try and won’t be disappointed
