Absolutely horrible service from the two girls that run the front, placing an order makes me feel like I am bugging them and like they want to rush me out the door. They care more about their social media pages than their customer service. Hire better people.

Parking: Parking can be busy at lunch. Lots of parking is available in the late afternoon.

Kid-friendliness: Staff are friendly to young children and even helped them complete a purchase when I was there. They also have kiddie food options.

I’m truly sorry to say but it’s a very disappointing place to eat now. For the second week in a row I came by and ordered a double Shawarma, beef and chicken plate. And when I got home and opened up the food container, wow how terrible it is now. There Was a thin layer of chicken and beef on top of the rice. The salad in the container was barely half. and the food did not taste the same. This is for the owner to know that she needs to keep an eye on her place of business serving food like this is disappointing at least especially when you’re paying $24 for a plate. Friday evening I walked into the establishment with my toddler 10 minutes before closing (which is 8:00 pm). As we were entering a young white woman in her late 20’s said,” we’re closed, you’re going to have to go somewhere else.” I was so shocked and appalled that I stood there frozen for a moment, and then I went and walked up to the front and spoke with the cook, he was very apologetic, I asked him, what is this employees name-(the female )he clearly stated, “I don’t know, she came from a different location to work just for today.” What kind of establishment are you running, when employees are working together, and have no idea what each other’s names are?? I apologized to the cook stating, my son had just got out of soccer, and we had no idea they shut down food preparation 15 minutes before closing. The young woman, looks over at me and proceeded to say,” yeah, who comes in to feed their kid dinner this late, looks like next time you need to prepare better, huh??” I have dealt with A LOT of rude, disrespectful, and lazy employees within the customer service industry. I’ve NEVER experienced such complete disrespect and atrocious behavior from anyone in my entire life! THANK GOD, JUICY BURGER was in the same parking lot who gladly accepted over $30 from me and provided 12/10 customer service. Flame & Skewers you have permanently lost a loyal customer, and JUICY BURGER has just gained my loyalty.

This was our visit today to the restaurant after hearing great things. We came all the way from Lake Isabella and came back later in the day on our way home for dinner! Two meals and two trips in one day! The quality of the food, price, and customer service from Hannady made both trips today so enjoyable! We loved the chicken kabob plate, especially the garlic sauce, and the fresh green salad. Every side and the kabob were excellent and some of the best Mediterranean food we have had. We came back and got food to go and traveled home and the food was packaged exceptionally well and made the hour plus trip without issue.

We are so excited to come back during our next trip to Bakersfield! We look forward to trying the shawarma and bowl option. Great service and experience!

Got here before 8pm and they said they are closed. This has happend to me 3 times already I get there 10 min before closing and they close before the hours they state they do. Idk if I'm coming back I'm posting this before 8pm smh
