Flame & Skewers is one of my favorite fast food options across bakersfield. It has a great wide selection of food, but most importantly it is CLEAN and HEALTHY! If you are looking for a good lunch option before you get back to work and want to remain energized, this is the best place for you. If you are looking for the most flavorful affordable depiction of this cuisine it is Sultans Mediterranean (more food, but a little bit more on the unhealthy side).
Awesome food. The beef shawarma bowl is bomb. Love getting good here. Definitely coming back.

Parking: Parking can be busy at lunch. Lots of parking is available in the late afternoon.
