I went in today 10/12 around 3pm. They have a flyer that says that Kern Schools District teachers and employees get 15% off their order. I asked about it because I work as a substitute teacher, and the lady that rang me up said I needed a form of work ID. As substitutes teachers, we don’t get I.D.s. However, I did show her my substitute teacher permit that has my name and matches my CA ID, but that wasn’t enough. I guess substitute teachers can’t get the discount because we don’t have a form of work I.D. Other than the work permit that verifies we work for the district. The avocado chicken salad is 2.5 out of 5 (in my opinion).

I came in today at around 6:30ish, and the service was amazing. Even the worker on her break eating her lunch welcomed me warmly, and the nice girl who prepared my plate along with the man coming through the door all interacting so well with me and had a wonderful attitude. Thank you so much. It was a rough day and I had nothing but good attitudes all day lol

We tried it out since we got a coupon BOGO. So today we got one steak (a little bit dry) one white meat chicken bowl that came with mixed steamed cabbage, broccoli carrot veggies and your choice of brown or white rice and topped with green onions. Be careful to take a look at the address on the back of the coupon because they are location specific. I happened to be at my local shop so I scored. They have a full compliment of beverages. Pretty straight forward set up. Small staff and I didn’t need to wait in line. Clean store

My family and I love Flame Broiler on Gosford for several reasons…. Food taste great and they will do a 1/2 and 1/2 with tofu and any meat for our daughter. No other flame broiler will do that.

This Flame Broiler location has stepped up their game I believe they've had a change of Staff recently so the restaurant has drastically improved we used to walk in not be greeted wait forever to get someone to take our order and deal with all kinds of attitude but the new staff is attentive friendly and helpful we go here a lot and use the rewards card to get free bowls after 10 purchases
