Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Burgers are good, not a big fan of the fries. Everytime I've gotten a milkshake/concrete from here though it's already melted way too much by the time I get it

We were so excited to eat here tonight and it smelled so disgusting that we had to leave. It smells like rancid fry oil or something.

We love Freddy’s; but today my son wanted to dine in. Walking in the building smelled bad and it normally does not smell; but I could smell the lack of cleaning and dirt mats and drain smell. Upon bearing thru the smell we ordered. Staff was super friendly, we came 1030/11ish quite a few flies flying around the fries I ordered I could taste the dirty oil that was being used, and it was very hard to eat. I did not finish my fries because I could taste the oil that was used, and they tasted so harsh like dirty fryer oil. I really hope they clean better and maybe change out the oil because we do really enjoy going to Freddy’s

I love Freddy's! One manager there in particular is literally the best in the whole world. Her customer service is top tier. Take notes Freddy's staff. Match that energy. The food is always great and if there's a mistake they gladly fix it. When I lived in AZ for a bit my kids loved another burger custard place and now they love this one. If you like burgers this is the spot. And if you have a sweet tooth, you can't go wrong with their concretes or sundae. UPDATE: I ordered delivery. Worst ever 🥴 see attached photos. I also asked for no bacon......

The burger was lace thin and I asked for no onions and got nothing but condiments. The burger and onion rings were $13. Rip off!
