I love Freddy's! One manager there in particular is literally the best in the whole world. Her customer service is top tier. Take notes Freddy's staff. Match that energy. The food is always great and if there's a mistake they gladly fix it. When I lived in AZ for a bit my kids loved another burger custard place and now they love this one. If you like burgers this is the spot. And if you have a sweet tooth, you can't go wrong with their concretes or sundae....

My first visit and it was very pleasant! The person who took my order was super friendly and patient. The staff overall seemed to work well together, had comraderie and like their jobs. My only dislike was my chili dog had too little cheese and not one onion. Everything was fresh and good quality!

I’m from SoCal and I come to Bako to visit relatives. Hubby looooves Freddy’s but the closest one from our place is an hour drive. Restaurant is clean, service is great, the food is deliciouse and was well prepared.
