Been here multiple time and they always have great service and delicious fresh made to order food, but yesterday I ordered the turkey burger, they gave me a veggie burger, I told the employee, she said " that's the turkey burger, but if you like ill confirm with the cook" I said yes please and the cook also said it was turkey, I ate it and dint want to complain but that was not what I ordered, that was no turkey burger there was no meat in it it was a veggie patty, just be aware that they might not know what are they selling, not sure if they were all new employees but they were clueless.

The cashier was very rude..... She didn't get my order right and wouldn't make it how I wanted ,argued with me, I left it on the counter and walked out after I already paid for it.... Called and talked to the manager she credited me and when I went back it was the same person and the same attitude... I threw my milkshake at the front window and left!

This place seems to get worse and worse every year. Now, I don't really know what they're doing in there, but I can tell you they have no idea how to make traditional American food. It's possible they have a concept in their head what it should be but they just don't have any clue how it's supposed to be done correctly. Heads up, if you order a Philly cheesesteak and they ask if you want everything on it, be aware, they will put stuff on there that absolutely does NOT belong on a Philly cheesesteak, like that sandwich has three ingredients! so I don't know what all the condiments and vegetables that belong on hamburger is doing on it, and thanks for the pound of mayo and wet lettuce you put on it, it soaked the bun and made it completely inedible. To make it worse the fries were salted with cheap seasoning-salt that had more of rust flavor and was not "salty" at all. The service was mediocre at best, I feel like people hate their jobs and know they will get paid anyways. It's safe to say I will never eat here again.
