Went through drive through so I wouldn't have to get out of my car. After ordering they told me to park out front. Workers called my receipt number over the loud speaker and made me go pick up my food from the window. What's the point of having a drive through?

Worst chili cheese ever the chili is from a can and you get the smallest proportion for 6 dollars! You can make better at home with a can of chili and some frozen fries from the grocery store! If you’re craving chili cheese fries don’t come here it’s not the place to go. But the ice cream is very good just not many options.

If you are not from Bakersfield do not go. It is on the wrong side of the tracks! And in a scary little neighborhood offshoot off of the supposed main drag. No, we did not ever make it to our location.

This is our go-to place want something simple and easy, and they are always nice. They are great customer service and make everything right when you order, so it's nice and fresh.
You don't go there for the atmosphere, they make good food at reasonable prices. The wait is a little bit but the food and fries always taste good so I don't mind the wait. The shakes are good as well.
To anybody who says they've gotten food poisoning, it probably because they don't change their gloves when touching a variety of heated and raw foods, I learned from experience, I worked there one day and couldn't bring myself to come back for the second as being seasoned in the food service industry I couldn't bring my self to lower my standards and the standards that all places serving food should follow, to the unsanitary practices at the particular location i worked at, so I quit after day 1. YES IM SURE IT WAS THIS LOCATION IN DECEMBER 2022, I WORKED WITH THEO.
