That was the worst excuse for a hamburger I've ever eaten. I got the #1 Texas burger combo. The meat was thin and cooked to cardboard texture and flavor. Nothing juicy about it. Even the cheese was dried out. I have no idea how they made that. I slapped some mayo and ketchup on it because I couldn't stand to pay that much and then not eat it. Lunch for 2 came to $42. We wont be going back there... ever!

I spent $16.23 on a pastrami combo and the bread was super hard not grilled hard but hard then grilled, the meat had no taste what so ever. I had to reheat the meat and seasoned it. I called back to let them know that the meat had no flavor and the young lady was just like oh okay is there anything else I can help you with, no sorry about your experience or bring it back nothing!

The cashier at the window was great! We didnt catch her name but she made me the best snickers milkshake ive ever had. We also had a western burger with fries and that was absolutely delicious! We will definately be coming back with our kids to try some more food. They had breakfast, lunch&dinner items on the menu. The drive thru was great to go through as they have the menu and pictures of the items they sell as you're going through.

I don't expect the workers to be over the top with their customer service, but some basic form would be nice. No matter how good the food is it, it doesn't make up for them slamming the window after taking my payment and after handing me my food especially when I am real simple with my order and barely say a word to them besides thank you just to be met with dirty glares when I don't pull out of the driveway fast enough and they don't say a word to me the entire 20 minutes waiting for my damn food.

I am so disappointed in the cook at this location. Hadn't been in for a good cheeseburger in over a year, so I stopped in for lunch. After finishing I asked the gal at the counter if I could use the Ladies room. Her reply was "Yes, nobodies in there!" Well there was someone in there with the door unlocked. I immediately closed the door and informed the gal at the counter and waited for the gentleman to exit the restroom. I watched the man get a foot from the kitchen door, zip his pants up and enter the kitchen. OMG It was the cook! Flabbergasted, I proceed to the restroom. As I enter I notice the toilet seat was down with urine on it and a bowl of yellow ??? Yep he couldn't even flush the toilet. I then turn to lock the door when I notice the sink water's been left on. I immediately left the restroom to report this to the gal at the counter and upon doing so, I got a look of, Who cares. I'm disgusting to think the cook is so careless with bathroom habits that I will NEVER eat there again.

Food is still the way I remember it, very good! The pastrami is spot on with the mustard and pickles and the hot peppers are great as well. Gentlemen at the window wasn’t overly friendly, but maybe he’s having a tough day? Always enjoy going here!

This was the worst fast-food I’ve had in a long time, and that’s saying a lot considering the fast-food places here in Bakersfield. I got the 4-piece fish basket for $13.49. Kinda high, but I still ordered knowing that. I also used my debit card and they charged me .49 for doing so. What I did not know was that this fish basket does NOT come with a drink. I spent a total of $15 on just the fish and fries.Now… let me tell you about the fish and fries… you know those nasty fish sticks you got as a kid in your school cafeteria? Well these fish sticks would make those taste like Pappadeaux’s. Absolute and totally unappetizing, not one bit of taste in them. And the french fries were extraordinairly bland on a level that was actually impressive.I appreciate their hubris that they could, with a straight face, charge $15 for food with less taste than wet cardboard. And as I write this I’m thinking that I was lucky I didn’t get a drink. I can’t even imagine what wet cardboard tastes like in a liquid form. Needless to say I will not be back. I usually give restaurants two chances, because anyone can have a bad day. But this place was so bad I’d be a fool to subject my stomach (and wallet) to that type of abuse.

Here is another facility that has excellent food, but a wait time due to being made to order. Love the portion on the seasoned fries. The Pastrami is good as well as the ortega chili burger. This facility is hopping when it comes to customers.
