I have gone to this establishment a few times and have always been greeted very nicely. The young lady at the window always greets you with a smile and IS never rude. In my opinion you get what you give. The food is great, and yes the pastrami is one of the best I've tried.

Unless you want to wait 100 years for food I’d go anywhere else! I’ve been here 3 times and always wait 30minutes or more for food! They don’t even care at the window that they have cars piled up.

The food is fresh and super delicious — the burgers are perfectly made and full of flavor, and the fries are crispy and tasty. The staff are friendly, respectful, and provide excellent service. Highly recommended — definitely deserves more than five stars! 🍔🔥👏

That was the worst excuse for a hamburger I've ever eaten. I got the #1 Texas burger combo. The meat was thin and cooked to cardboard texture and flavor. Nothing juicy about it. Even the cheese was dried out. I have no idea how they made that. I slapped some mayo and ketchup on it because I couldn't stand to pay that much and then not eat it. Lunch for 2 came to $42. We wont be going back there... ever!
I spent $16.23 on a pastrami combo and the bread was super hard not grilled hard but hard then grilled, the meat had no taste what so ever. I had to reheat the meat and seasoned it. I called back to let them know that the meat had no flavor and the young lady was just like oh okay is there anything else I can help you with, no sorry about your experience or bring it back nothing!

The cashier at the window was great! We didnt catch her name but she made me the best snickers milkshake ive ever had. We also had a western burger with fries and that was absolutely delicious! We will definately be coming back with our kids to try some more food. They had breakfast, lunch&dinner items on the menu. The drive thru was great to go through as they have the menu and pictures of the items they sell as you're going through.
