I’m a manager in fast food, and this is not it, it took 5 minutes to charge me, and another 10, to receive my order, drink was handed out LAST, then after I paid 28 dollars for meal and a couple extra items, it was BURNT! To a damn crisp. Keep in mind, they weren’t busy. I understand that mistakes happen, but I didn’t spend that much for my food to be black.

Used to go to this restaurant for years know the man that owns it. Jason grew up with my family coming here when it was in wasco and continued supporting this restaurant for many years and the way I just got treated by whoever’s running it while he’s not there I was told he was out of the states… I will definitely not be back to this restaurant ever again. Food always good. One of the cashier ladies need more training on how to count exact change and what to return and not depend on the machine and NOT argue with the customer (wife) when she was telling her what she gave her to pay (I was present when it happened and seen the change transaction) and continued to argue with my wife. Good thing the other employee took over and after explaining he knew right away we were right and where the cashier made the mistake on miss counting the change.

My family and I had try this place multiple times before and its always fresh to order and tasty, this last time we got food I though how good the food is and I never review it. worth the price and so many different options. I highly recommend to try their food.
Staring off with service it was pretty bad.The guy was wearing a glove at the cashier and ended up making the food wearing the same gloves.I got a grill chicken sandwich and fries(nasty).When I opened the wrapper it was a disaster(lettuce all over and the burger was not edible).The guy was wearing a blue hoodie like thing.Looked like he was from Israel not even a smile on his face.I feel sorry for his wife/girlfriend because he very unhygienic.The end I hope they either close down or change the management :)

Went through the drive-thru, all fries were soggy, the burger was soggy and drenched in bbq, and they forgot my husbands mozzarella sticks. The guys in drive thru were nice but not super friendly. All in all not a great experience.
