My wife and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal along with other items. I ask on the speaker if the sandwich can be with Swiss cheese the girl gives me slight attitude and repeats yes it will be swiss.
We live 25 minutes away, open up our food and it's American yall.

Horrible tasting food.Ordered two pastrami sandwiches and upgraded to curly fries and onion rings and Dr Pepper freeze. Pastrami so tasteless and dry, bread was chewy as if warmed up in a microwave. The pickles were disgusting foster freeze a.k.a. FROSTY KING always uses dill pickle. These pickles were not dill and they taste terrible .The Curly fries were overcooked and cold. Threw them away. Ask for a chocolate dip ice cream cone and Got home and found a chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla did not like it. I’ve never been to his location before,will not go to that location again. And on top of all this, the prices are astronomical.

Im quite disappointed to order two sets of fried green beans. I adore these. And to receive an order that is overly fried and burnt is so... depressing. Especislly when its a bit expensive. At least for me. It made me sad. I was hoping to enjoy my food but I could not. It tasted like burnt oil batter and charred green beans inside. The burger was okay. And the chili cheese fries were alright. I juat think they do not understand how to deep fry stuff. Or maybe they dont clean their oil out or dont care for food quality. But id love to hopefully order another one and get it cooked decently. ♡ I will be back as this used to be the place I went to for this all the time, but I stopped because of the same reason.

I like this particular FK. The service is always great. The employees are aIways moving and so even if it might take a bit longer than the usual pedestrian fast food joint, it doesn't seem to be due to lack of effort!

i had placed an online order, my order was missing a whole combo. i called respectfully to see what we can do and i was spoken to with an attitude and told this and this was not on my order while i have a online receipt. idk who i spoke with but she was rude and i didn’t appreciate being told what i did and didn’t order. other then that theirs foods good
