Too much long wait time at the drive-through pick up I'm a dasher, they wasted my 30 minutes. We are not crazy, you are running your business for money and we are also working for money and first of all you have closed all the doors of the store and you are delaying the orders. You know we can't order through drive thru so quickly and you should stop ordering from door dash. Why are you wasting our time? You are a money-making diamond but you are wasting our time.

So I love this place things are always good and hot and fresh and the ice creams are always good too. The line is always a issue but not all that bad considering it's all made to order not like a McDonald's wide selection and friendly staff

I'm from Bakersfield and came to Fresno for work. My son and I went inside and it was absolutely the best burger and fries I've ever had. It was really good, and the young lady was extremely nice.

The burgers and fries are great especially their cheese sticks you must try the cheese sticks ! ?? every once in a while a get there asada fries and it’s not so bad tbh I’d say a solid 8/10 .

Denise and the two other employees myself and my husband spoke too were incredibly unhelpful and rude. I have an allergy that was not accommodated and the employees become extremely defensive and confrontational when we called about the issue. Denise specifically cussed at my husband over the phone, argued about the order, and didn’t seem to have any competency whatsoever when the issue was being explained back to her. The only other time I’ve ordered here was online and also received an incorrect order. The fact that I was told the only way to get a refund was to drive all the way back with the food in hand is insane. I had to send my husband elsewhere for food, and paid over $12 for a contaminated cheeseburger that went into the garbage. Throughly disappointed in the people here.

Food is good I definitely like their western burger and big azz burger ? def number one picks if you looking for decent burgers. Their friend onions are delicious. Their crinkle cut fries need work I personally have gotten cold fries from time to time so the speed on the order needs just to be a bit faster. Personally wished they had curly fries or sweet potato fries. Def additional food that would satisfy most customers. Their ice cream lineup is def good though if you looking for some soft serve and some Blizzard's look alikes. Highly recommend this place.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair accessible parking and also an outside eating area for east of use. The doorway to the entrance is a bit narrow and the inside might not be 100 percent accessable for most chairs. So be wary of that.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and They barely put some chicken, not coming back!!

It was a great experience, that it took me back into my youngest years. I was there with my 2 youngest son's. I couldn't believe this kind of places still on business. I'll be back again , my double cheeseburger was out of this world..!
Parking: A lot parking slots.
Kid-friendliness: They're were some couples with their children , enjoy their Sunday lunch too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very convenient wheelchair , rite by the building.
