Would give zero stars if I could. Went for taco Tuesday. Got 3 separate orders. They completely missed one order which had 9 tacos. Messed up another order and left out $16 fries on that one. They told us that everything was in there before we left. Drove 15 minutes back and the chef and girl working the register said that they had told us to wait which they did NOT, which is why we left in the first place. On top of that, instead of just handling the situation professionally they proceeded to tell us we were in the wrong and kept laughing when we were simply trying to tell them what we still needed. They tried to refund us $11 cash for the $16 fries. When we told them they were $16 one of the workers said "how are you going to tell me how much our fries are?" Finally got the entire refund after arguing when there was literally an itemized receipt with how much we paid for the fries! Drove home again with our "corrected order" and low and behold we were still missing 5 tacos. Called to ask for a manager and was hung up. Called back multiple times to be hung up on and when they finally accepted our call again the guy who answered said he would cancel our transactions completely. He did cancel them, but they were outrageously unprofessional with all of the snickering, laughing, and blaming the customers for not checking the order. whoever was working 10/25/22 around 7-8;30pm were the worst and should not be in customer service. They wasted so much time arguing and trying to tell us we were in the wrong when this really could have been a simple fix in the first place. Extremely rude service for mediocre tacos. Will not be returning.

Great food and service. Dining room is wide open and relaxed, very nice. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the employees. It was around 6:30 pm. Both women behind the counter were great. The gentleman from the kitchen came out and asked us how everything was. Perfect experience.

If you like meat on your food don't come here. I ordered a 13$ asada burrito and ended up getting about a teaspoon of meat. I measured it. It just disappointing considering I've been supportive of them since they opened the food truck on Rosedale. It used to be my favorite Mexican fast food. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

I love this place. But for $40 I got the Fuego Fries, a carne asada burrito, and 2 drinks. The burrito was TINY. Normally I can share it with my husband, but this time it was so small we were both left hungry. The fries, same thing... for $12 you think it would be a big thing, it wasn't. Not sure if it was a different cook but the portion sizes were way too small for how much everything costs.
I went in when it wasn't very busy and made an order for a bunch of tacos. Not paying attention I was waiting almost half an hour for an order that had been sitting cold for over 20 minutes on the counter. The cashier didn't think to let me know the order was ready. Cold falling apart tacos definitely did not hit the spot.

Walked in, tried to order, and was disappointed. I was going to order a dessert with my tacos but noticed that there was green and purplish stuff on the cheesecake they had on display. Immediately noped out of there once the girl started arguing that the cheesecake wasn’t spoiled (it clearly was, there was penicillin being cultivated on it). If this item was clearly spoiled but they couldn’t tell it was, then what’s that say about the quality of the other food items there.

So many other places for tacos. This place is way too expensive for small street tacos and a fountain drink is $4. They put very little meat on the tacos and only had one salsa available. Pick another spot.

I used to love coming here we really did . Food is good , but they always forget something . If it wasn't the salsas it was the condiments on the side . This is the 2nd time I have asked then no onions on the cali burrito tell me why there is onions . Like one time is understandable but it's not the first time . At this point I rather go get some street tacos
