I was so looking forward to trying this food ans was highly disappointed. The orange had no orange flavor, the teriyaki chicken was chicken thighs with teriyaki sauce, dumped on the top, not even mixed together the fried rice had no flavor. All of our food was tasteless, and it unedible . The food looks nothing like it was described or shown in previous pictures. Highly disappointed will never be ordering again. Door dash delivery was perfect. Too bad the food wasn't.

Showed up at 8:20 when online and both door say they close at 9pm. Worker unlocked door to let me know they closed an hour now. Let he know I thought they closed at 9pm like the door says. She said the open sign light is off. Adjust your times you have posted if it it’s not accurate.

They charged me $1.50 to remove vegetables from my order , as well as the food was very oily and the beef weirdly did not taste like anything. The knowledge i gained from this visit was worth the money i lost. sad to say i wont be returning...

I went there for lunch today and ordered the hot night roll and a baked salmon roll when I got home the salmon roll was not baked and only had cream cheese and salmon nothing else. I did not get any Wasabi or ginger with my order so called and ask about it and was going go back and pick it up. What is sushi without it? I was told we are out but was not told about at time of my order if so I would have gotten something else. The salmon roll had no flavor. I don't know if I will be going back thing have changed a lot since the business has been sold.

Horrendous experience! Not only was the food disgusting, but the customer service was horrible. To top it off, we discovered a hair in our teriyaki chicken, prompting my family to lose their appetite entirely. When I called to address the issue, the owner was shockingly rude, displaying no empathy whatsoever, and even insinuated that we were lying about the hair. Despite offering to provide evidence by retrieving the plate from the trash, he continued to be dismissive and uncooperative. All we requested was a refund for the dreadful experience, but instead, he abruptly ended the call. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs. A complete disgrace, it deserves nothing short of an F-grade inspection. Steer clear unless you enjoy terrible food, appalling hygiene, and disrespectful treatment.
