They charged me $1.50 to remove vegetables from my order , as well as the food was very oily and the beef weirdly did not taste like anything. The knowledge i gained from this visit was worth the money i lost. sad to say i wont be returning...

I went there for lunch today and ordered the hot night roll and a baked salmon roll when I got home the salmon roll was not baked and only had cream cheese and salmon nothing else. I did not get any Wasabi or ginger with my order so called and ask about it and was going go back and pick it up. What is sushi without it? I was told we are out but was not told about at time of my order if so I would have gotten something else. The salmon roll had no flavor. I don't know if I will be going back thing have changed a lot since the business has been sold.

Horrendous experience! Not only was the food disgusting, but the customer service was horrible. To top it off, we discovered a hair in our teriyaki chicken, prompting my family to lose their appetite entirely. When I called to address the issue, the owner was shockingly rude, displaying no empathy whatsoever, and even insinuated that we were lying about the hair. Despite offering to provide evidence by retrieving the plate from the trash, he continued to be dismissive and uncooperative. All we requested was a refund for the dreadful experience, but instead, he abruptly ended the call. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs. A complete disgrace, it deserves nothing short of an F-grade inspection. Steer clear unless you enjoy terrible food, appalling hygiene, and disrespectful treatment.
Terrible customer service, terrible food, my mom found a piece of hair in her food and threw out the plate so I called and the owner was extremely rude to me saying he didn't believe us even with my mom throwing up in the background from how disgusting it was. I told him I could pull the plate from the trash can to show proof. The owner was so beyond rude and kept asking what we wanted from him. I told him I wanted a refund. He hung up on me. I will never bring my business to this disgusting establishment ever again. It needs to have an F for inspection. Absolutely horrid.
