Our kids LOVE this place, and what's not to like it's fried potatoes! Today, although it wasn't busy, it took longer than I expected to get the food I had ordered, but the gentleman working in the food truck went out of their way to make sure I knew they were aware of the wait time as well. Aaannnd then they got my order wrong! The two employees were apologetic and got my food out quickly checking along the way it was to my liking. I've eaten here many times...

Just went there to buy a ceramic pot. They have spruced the place up since I went there last. Lots and lots of Mexican food trucks there and a BBQ place that smelled amazing. If your hungry a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Lots of options and parking. I didn't eat but the food looked and smelled really good. There is tons of pots and water fountains there that are beautiful.

We love this particular food truck and have been coming here since it was at the Valley Plaza and the potato is special and amazing and we love the back story of how this business even started and are definitely one of our favorite
