The best place for wedding, quinceanera or special Ocasión cakes, she's really an artist , they are so pretty, look all the pictures on the gallery (special Ocasión cakes) , they are so profesional, quality that you can see and taste. She made my daughter quinceanera cake and was so pretty, nobody do something so pretty .

GhilaDolci made the cake for my daughter’s baby shower and it was literally a piece of art! Honestly some people didn’t even know it was a cake. We explained our theme to Courtney and gave her some pictures of what we found and she created this masterpiece of a cake. It not only was beautiful it was delicious!! People were raving over the taste of the cake. If you’re looking for a masterpiece of a cake or a statement cake, you have to use this place. They do incredible work. Plus all the pastries are to die for. Freshly baked every day. We added scones, pecan bars and her famous cannoli cookies to our shower and they were a hit!! You can’t go wrong with this choice as your baker. I highly recommend!!

I think these reviews have to be fake as in being made by their friends/family with stolen pictures. Owner first lost my order for a birthday cake as when i called to clarify the pick up time for the next day, they had no recollection of my order, which i went in person 3 weeks prior & even spoke on the phone twice regarding decorative customizations. They then rushed to make it. It looked horrible as the decorations kept falling off & was bitter as if they forgot the sugar!?! For about a $270 cake we expected something better. Save yourself the trouble & embarrassment by ordering somewhere else!!

I highly recommend this unique and local bakery that is nestled in downtown Bakersfield. We ordered 3 pies for Thanksgiving and they were all delicious and crowd pleasers! I also enjoyed a tart when picking up the pies that was to die for!!!
