There is no manager on site. The workers deflect responsibility of their wrongful service and below par items onto the customer. They also state: no refund as it is your job to check your bag before you leave. Not just check if they forgot the item but if the item is fully cooked or has hairs in it. Horrible customer service and gaslighting customers.

Best food and service on the Eastside! Great variety of choices.
We were totally impressed by the prices...very very affordable! We went back the following week. You can even have a beer with your bacon and eggs!! 🍻 It's not a ritzy or snooty place but when you're having good food at a great price and bonding over breakfast with friends and family it's a great place to go
