I got a dozen, 5 pork, 5 chicken and 2 jalapeños and cheese... I think I got some of the best tamales I've ever had!Thank you, Grandma!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for a disabled user to get in.

I had a chorizo breakfast burrito and perhaps I just expected too much after reading reviews but it was average at best.

The service is a bit bad, I don't understand why if you buy a dozen tamales they only give you a small glass of one ounce of red sauce and another of green sauce and if you ask for more they give it to you reluctantly and turn around to leave before you do. Ask them for more, I understand that they try to save but a small glass of sauce for a family is not enough

We went to buy tamales they are great. I like their salsa sauce also. The cashiers are always kind and happy with a smile.Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have for a wheelchair accessible if you want to go in. So you can’t go in if you’re in a wheelchair. It would be hard to get in. This is at the humble location. On 1st Street.

They have good menudo with delicious handmade tortillas. The serving is large. The tamales are a hit and miss, but they are big. For dine-in, you order first, then they call your number. Service is good, but weekends are very busy.

Worst experience in Bakersfield. Place is too big to fail and you will experience that through poor service with an attitude and cheap food remotely resembling Hispanic style.Ordered Chile Relleno Plate, Nachos and tamales. After a 20 minute wait was told we don’t have tamales you ordered and you can take what we have left. Nachos came with half ingredients missing as well as chile relleno. When I notified the girl at the counter she told me that my order does not come with ingredients on the menu… after arguing for 5 minutes in front of everyone, customers who overheard the argument confirmed that menu items have missing ingredients clearly visible but even after that the girl at the counter refused to acknowledge it. I was told to “shut up and eat my food”Should of smacked her across her mouth with a plate of garbage they serve here.
