Went to Green Crush by Hollister on the 10th and will not be returning. I was standing in line behind a large family taking up the counter when two guys cut in front of me and paid with one employee. The other employee completely ignored me and started helping the people behind me.
When I spoke up, instead of apologizing or fixing the situation, they just shrugged it off — no effort to be organized or provide basic customer service. I had to push just to get a half-hearted “sorry,” all while they were making faces at me.
They refused to let me pay at the register, made me use the kiosk, and then had the nerve to check my receipt like they didn’t believe I had paid.
Unprofessional, rude, and completely disorganized. If you value your time and basic respect, skip this place.

This place has a choke hold on me! They have the nicest staff ☺️ an older Mexican lady at the bigger location, and the young lady in the smaller stand are both very kind! I am a big agua fresca girly and they have it all here! Top favs and must tries are the hibiscus pomegranate mixed with cucumber and their strawberry milk ???? 100/10 recommend! Please stay in business!? I’d be devastated the day you guys aren’t lol
