Well, after reading some of the reviews, I understood why the negative reviews. The food was good but the service was horrible, especially the person serving the food her name is Angela she needs I different job because it seems that she doesn't have customer service skills. I hope the owner takes the time to read all of the reviews. ANGELA GET ANOTHER JOB MY FIRST TIME HERE AND THE LAST THANKS TO ANGELA.

chow mein was decent. broccoli beef was average. the beef was a little salty. The pineapple chicken though....not good. it tasted like water chicken. would i come here again? maybe.

So I understand we all have off days, and I normally do not like to post negative reviews but I could see the looks on the faces of the other customer in line and it needs to be addressed. Last night after a long day I decided to stop and pick up a plate of food. Normally even an hour before closing the food is fresh, crisp and delicious. Last night plates were not. They were dry, as if they had been sitting there all day. The rice and chow mien as well, which is surprising because its normally the best. The worst part was the staff, and let me clarify all but one, the two gentleman in the back were standing in plane view of the line, one of them eating out a bowl in his hand, the other cutting what looked like carrots and then popping one in his mouth, with no gloves on. Worse off was the girl with blue hair. There was two girls and only one working, the girl who was working the register was at least remaining professional and was polite. I stood there until she was done with the order before mine cause the other girl (blue hair) couldn't be bothered to put her food down. She too was standing in plain view with a bowl in her hand taking bites of food, she puts the plate down, then walks to the front, without washing her hands, and proceeds to change the silver holding food trays, while chewing her food. Goes to put empty food trays in sink and again grabs her bowl and proceeds to continue eating, then sets her bowl down in the front by the rice cooker and with a full mouth and chewing in-between starts to take an order. I am sure this place requires food handlers cards for it's employees, time to make sure they understand what those cards mean. Also, they are called breaks, you eat outside of the kitchen area on your break. I still got my food, and went home but after two bites my husband and I threw out the plates and Door Dashed McDonalds.

Got a dragon chest today and my chicken was pink! Saw this and almost threw up

I placed an order online & went to the store when it said it was ready for pickup. To my surprise, not only was my order not bagged up and ready to go, but most of the food I ordered wasn't even ready at the front. I had to stand around nearly 15 minutes while they prepped new food and bagged it up for me.

This kind of defeats the whole point of placing orders online. They also bagged up half of my food right when I got there, so half my order ended up cold long before I got home to eat. Food was slightly worse than Panda Express but slightly cheaper too.
