Had an amazing time tonight at Hon Ramen, our server was named Kaitlyn and she was awesome one of the sweetest servers EVER! The Ramen was delicious! I highly recommend the spicy miso ramen, chashu was cooked perfectly and spice was just right! I would definitely be back!

There food is good! but service is horrible! Very rude waitress and not attentive towards customers. We were the only people in the restaurant and when asked for napkins she gave me one still had wave her down for anything!

So the only reason I came here instead of Remix was because my husband and I won a contest for a free bowl of ramen. As soon as we arrive and seat ourselves, the lady starts questioning if we actually won or not. Shocker: we did. But she never apologized for THEIR mix-up on the names. Then, about 10 minutes later she finally gets around to taking our order. The food did come out very fast however. That being said, the ramen was very mediocre. I may be setting my standards to other 'authentic' ramen shops, but this place isn't that good. I don't want to knock them too much, but that's going to be the only time I'll probably be giving them my service. 3 stars sounds about right; good but not great.

This place is excellent, my favorite ramen place in town. Their cuts of sushi are high grade as well.
I want to start by saying the food was really good. I recommend going based off the food alone. But the service AWFUL. Go do that order pick up, don’t go inside. The waitress we got was very impatient for us to order. We asked if she had any recommendations and basically she said to order whatever you would like. We started ordering which our orders did not make her happy. She had a problem with what we were ordering. By shaking her head, making gestures and comments to show the disapproval. I asked for a side of teriyaki sauce and she acted like I was asking for her V card. We just kept on brushing it off and trying to give her benefit of the doubt. Overall, not a good experience. Hopefully, one day the quality of their service can match the quality of their food.

The food is good but the customer service is worst. The lady who happened to be the waitress has a real bad attitude towards human being. I never seen or experienced something like her. I was about to tell her that she needs to go to a anger management class. If your in the restaurant business being polite is a must & of course treat all customers with respect. Always remember the golden rule. I hope she can read this so she will change her bad attitude. I will never come back and dine in not even to go food.

Great food, highly recommend the spicy garlic miso Ramen! Just enough bite w/o being too much. Also tried the Moon Light Sonata roll very tasty will definitely order again!

I just went about 20 minutes ago the waiter that was there was very rude i told her im allergic to seafood and she said they dont sell seafood. When their whole menu is seafood. Had attitude with me. Dont recommended this place at all.Fyi.. i was trying to seeing to see if they had anything without seafoodMy First Time going there never again.
