Hon Ramen in downtown Bakersfield is outstanding in all classifications. I absolutely loved this place; from the lovely decor, to the vibrant atmosphere, to the very friendly and helpful service, to the delicious ramen and roll. I had the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen and a Rattlesnake Roll, along with a bottle of apple mango Soonhari soju. Highly recommended.

I ordered take out here and the food was really good but the service was awful. I initally called to place and order through the phone and I told the worker “which ramen is the most popular and which one do you think is the best?” Because it was my first time trying the place and I wanted to know what to get. She was very rude and was like uh we are busy right now and that it was a rush (mind you it was like 7:40 on a Monday) she added that the tonkatsu was popular and I was...

This was definitely one of the better ramen spots we've been to. The broth was so creamy and flavorful. The chasu was made perfectly. We ordered a few drinks and appetizers. The takoyaki was delicious and the chili oil they use for their pot stickers was so good! Music was a little loud. But overall service was very friendly and helpful
