Don’t ever come to this restaurant I used to come to this restaurant at least twice a month and now the restaurant has really bad service. Every time I call to make a takeout food order they mess up in the order, last time I had order three rolls and one bento box and I only got two rolls and the bento box so I called the restaurant to let them know that we were missing one roll so they could do the roll and we could pick it up, the waitress answered the phone and she went and asked the chef and the chef was like “ I do remember doing three of them” but we only received two in the box so it kind of pissed me off because they didn’t wanna redo the roll or give me my money back so the lady said that we were gonna have a 20% off next purchase and she wrote my name down now. I haven’t ordered from them since then because of the bad service so I decided to give him one more chance and then again I ordered the aloha roll which is my favorite and every time I order it, it always comes with the fish and jalapeño and a drp of Sriracha sauce and good thing that when I pick them up, I checked the boxes right then and there and I noticed that two of our rolls were missing the jalapeños and the sauce so in front of the waitress, I said to her “they forgot the jalapeños” and her answer Was “it depends every chef does it different” and I was like what do you mean? The aloha roll already comes with the jalapeño and the drop of Sriracha sauce that’s how their menu states and then her answer didn’t make sense. I waited over 15 minutes for a freaking sliced jalapeño and on top of that I requested my 20% off from over 90 bucks order and there 20% off was -$3 buck off???? Tell me how is that 20% off I attach the receipt below so everybody can see and I also noticed the chef was touching the rolls with their bare hands, no gloves, and on top of that they take smoke breaks which it’s really unsanitary because they touch the rolls and they smoke every 15 minutes when they don’t have any other orders and I doubt that they’re cleaning their hands because every time they go back in, they go to their little bar area right away, and I never see them stopping to wash their hands. Don’t come here anymore. And whats worse on top of that their spicy mayo sauce when you purchase to-go is literally not even halfway of the cup filled, and they charge almost 2 bucks per cup. It’s not worth it. Stay away!!! Never coming back again!
Update: I forgot to check the bento box and they gave me a chicken teriyaki and I ordered a chicken/beef bento box 😡 they can’t never get things right!!!

Everything was good no complaints until my husband saw that he was charged more in he is card later to find out that the waiter marked her own tip after we left her a tip in chang and the manger says it was a gratitude charge which we where not informed and took it upon themselves to put it on the check never as again will come back to this place so disappointing

I f I enjoy the chicken teriyaki tempura bento box everything I tasted was good it tasted delicious as well as the egg rolls that were crispy. Listen to great place to bring your kids and your family to relax have some good Japanese food and just sit back only Friday or Saturday night

My server was Jewel and she was amazing, she was very friendly! She deserves 5 starts, but… the chief on the other hand was not so great. You could see him coming in and out smoking cigarettes. My food even smelt like cigarettes ? and on top of that, the portion size didn’t match the price! Very disappointed in the food but not the service.

I have been going here for over a decade. I was happy to pay the massive increase prices over the last 4 years until the quality of the food declined. While raw fish cannot be messed up terribly, everything else was.
The sunomono was more than a day old. Everything was mushy.
The Miso soup was literally just miso paste and water. No tofu, no seaweed. Just miso paste and water.
