Absolutely atrocious service. Server was rude and so loud that I couldn’t hear my husband sitting at the table with me. Messed up my order TWICE. Never checked on us, refilled our drinks or anything. I would fill out a complaint, but she conveniently failed to give us a copy of our receipt. We went at 10am on a Monday, so it’s not like they were busy. She was rude to several tables around us as well. Completely unacceptable. Oh, also, their stall doors in the ladies room dont lock properly. No sign up so someone walked in on me using the restroom.

My bestie and I ordered the steak tip breakfast and the country fried steak breakfast. It took over twenty min for our food to get to our table. The server had to bring us our food on four different trips. So my pancakes were cold. The chicken fried steak was extra extra crispy. I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns. My bestie asked for her eggs to be scrambled, and they brought her over easy eggs. She got my extra crispy hashbrowns, and I got hers. The server was not nice. I had to ask for another soda even though I put my glass at the edge of the table to I indicate that I was wanting a refill. When she brought us the check, she told me that I have to pay at the table. There is nothing about how to pay or what. So I saw on the receipt that you scam and pay. Well, that did not go well. So I headed up front and asked the hostess if she could help me. She did apologize and informed me that she did not know that she would get her manager to help me. I explained that I did not want to sign up for anything I just wanted to pay, and I would not be coming back. Jacob did ask why, and I informed him of everything. He apologized for the experience I had and did give me a 25% discount. Will I go back probably to give it another try since I was taken care of, I did thank Jacob, and I did give the server a tip. I did give service 5 stars because of how Jacob took care of me.

I’ve never had this location before but today i decided to use a gift card to get a hamburger. I got the hamburger and it was only cooked on the outside it was still very much pink and raw on the inside. I threw it away after one bite and looking into it to see it was very much still raw. I will not be ordering at all form this restaurant.

Requested a crispy waffle, and peanut-extra charge=99 cents.??? The waffle arrived soft/spongy with peanutbutter smeared all over it. Sent it back. Didn't try for a repeat. When traveling we stop at IHOP specifically for the waffle. Disappointed!
