The drinks are good but customer service not so good. Places have gone to kiosk ordering with only 1 kiosk & a long line. & the kiosk isn’t completely user friendly making it take longer to place an order. I stood at the counter waiting for staff to take my order-after a minute of waiting they said use kiosk. 👎

This place is by far my favorite ,I love boba Thai tea with boba & pudding. Their employee's are always so nice n all have great customer service skills. They are always happy n work well as a team.
I can't say enough about Boba Time, except them being # 1 in town. If I had one thing to say, that bums me out.. it would be just about the only place that does not use delivery.. Please, Please, Please, Please.... Start Deliverying.

The strawberry boba was horrendous, they didn’t have ice when every drink is made with ice, and the employee was giving disrespectful. Do better, it’s no wonder they had no customers

Large variety of drinks and desserts. Many of the drinks of a very high sugar content, so if you are looking for a low-sugar option I suggest the rose milk tea. Great staff too!

I'm not a big fan of bobas, but the lady gave my son a card for a free boba because he dropped his as soon as we got home. That is what good customer service looks like.
