Mediocre boba, bad service. The cashier didn't want to help me so although the line was getting longer behind me, she decided to go to the back and do some miscellaneous stuff even though there were enough people there already. I had to wait for about eight minutes before being helped. There are other boba places that you can go to.

First time coming to "It's Boba Time" here in Bakersfield. Got the pb chocolate banana smoothie with boba added, it was really good! Fast line and fast service, nice ambiance too. My Boyfriend and I came back the very next day for more! I've been to quite a few boba spots, this one is up there!

I was expecting mixed grain like la ktown. I guess every locations are different. I came 20 mins before closing. Employee able to assisted me and helped my order. 2 ladies are very friendly and boba was good. Highly recommend this place if you are craving Bob

The boba was tasty and I indulged in every sip. I grabbed the original but my niece grabbed a fancy strawberry and mango drink that looked very refreshing and sweet . The service was fast and they were kind and efficient but there were a lot of people so it looked hectic and overwhelming tbh!

I'm not a big fan of bobas, but the lady gave my son a card for a free boba because he dropped his as soon as we got home. That is what good customer service looks like.

Terrible!! After placing my order and waiting for over 10 minutes, I was told they didn't feel like making another batch of Thai tea and they would not make my drinks. When I asked for my money back they returned the cost of the drinks, but not the tip I left when I paid. So they got a tip for terrible service. I am a good tipper too ?
