Slow service and very poor customer service. I placed an order to pick up and was told it would be ready at a specific time. I came to the restaurant at that time and stood at the front waiting to be helped. Multiple servers saw me and made eye contact but no one came to help me. I waited for overnight 20 minutes until I finally called the restaurant while standing in there to get someone to help me. When the finally came over they didn’t even have my order ready. I was told it would be another 5 minutes. I did not get my food for another 20 minutes and when I did there was no apology or explanation. Just ‘here’s your food’ and that’s it. From the time I placed my online order until I got my food was almost an hour with the majority of that time waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I love the wings but the customer service has ruined it. I would not recommend.

Felt deceived since this is just Chilis restaurant. I understand rebranding but had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. The price was good but the wings were awful. Lifeless wings with little to no sauce. Stale fries. I couldn’t even eat it. Would not recommend getting wings here bc low quality of food.

Had a terrible experience with the food quality last night that I've never had before from this place. I will not be trusting them again since it was delivered and there was nothing I could do. 1 star is only because I didn't have to waste my time going to physically pick up this garbage myself. I advise you to spend your money on another wing spot with standards.

I got wings on doordash and wow probably one of the best odd combo boneless wing! The Apple wings are strange but really good! They taste like a hint of apple pie but then a sweet savory wing kinda trippy but good! Fries good! I also got the chipotle wings it’s like they are going to be spicy but it’s not at all! Just the taste of spicy so I give it two ??The portion size is really good! I would just ease back on the ice on the drinks otherwise everything was perfect and delicious. Honestly this will be my new go to place for wings I don’t care to much about wing stop or bww. Amazing job!In the photos we already started to eat some so there would be more originally

WARNING: this is a Doordash ghost restaurant. Half a dozen reviews and no one mentions this is just Chili’s?!?!?!Horrible experience. Ordered online for pick up. Couldn’t find the restaurant and eventually figured out that it’s inside Chili’s. Weird.Got inside and was told they are out of wings. Drove 15 minutes to get here but no one bothers to call. Chili’s management says they don’t have my number because it’s a door dash things. Requested refund and was told they will try their best to process but I’m still at Doordash’s mercy to get my money back.Stay away from this place. Stay away from Doordash.

Employees very unprofessional manager as well like family restaurants cover each other wrong I wait for order grubhub more than 20 min I tell all my friends they not derserve any tips this restaurant Employees need totally change
