Worst customer service ever!!! Even management is horrible.. the dude I actually talk to , they slow they don't care, the chick who call herself making drinks is horrible!! I was actually about to give them my money but was reminded why should we give them business when they should no concern, the service is slow and horrible so I take my money elsewhere. Want be going back there

Staff is always changing, but always great. Tommy is an awesome manager who really cares. Food is always on the really yummy side of what you expect from Chili's . Sure it's not Morton's, Ruths' Chris or even Outback, but it's pretty damn good family friendly reasonably priced food served in a clean store by staff that is trying to make you happy. The drinks are awesome and dessert (which I haven't had in a very long while) is DEEEEEE LISCIOUS! Great reasonably priced experience.

Hands down best wing’s I have ever had in my entire life!!!! Smokey juicy and delicious. The sauces are out of this world good. I’ve never had wing’s like this and it will now be my go to place

After checking in and waiting 30 minutes for a table for six, we never got in and when we asked the hostess, she said there were still 3 large parties ahead of us. impossible. She was seating friends and other minorities ahead of us and thinking we wouldn't figure it out. So we left with a real bad taste in our mouth. this is the first time they have pulled a stunt like this. everyone that came in after us had been seated. Wow, where is the management?

The wings are so good. The dry rub seems to have a longer lasting flavor but the other flavors are just as good. The smoked wings are my favorite. Oh so good!

We did Uber eat order by the time the food came I regret buying wings from them it tastes very horrible no flavour very cold dry meat and the wings not cleaned right still very Disappointed I don't even know why they call them self it's just wings it doesn't even taste like wings literally taste like nothing no flavour no colour they all had same colour same thing dry and cold we got mango spicy we got parmesan garlic also Buffalo and they all had the same colour I would never ever order again or recommend anyone to order wings from them unless you wanna eat meat with no flavour

This food is about as cold as coming out of the frigerator .If I wanted cold food I would have pulled something out of my own refrigeratorI tried calling them on this order and there is a recording only you cant get ahold of a live person to get things corrected..I guess this place can CARELESS about there customers or there quilty of food ..
