V (or D ?) helped us out at the drive thru window. He was so nice and sweet! Very helpful! He went above and beyond for us!! Best experience I have had here at this jack in the box. And I’ve been coming here for almost 6 yrs.

everytime I go here food is just made like not good chicken strips were definitely not fresh tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while I would know because I used to work at Jack in the box. I ordered tacos last time HELLA sauce like cmon manager retrain your employees or something have better food quality.

I ordered late at night through the app and was asked to park out front. I had absolutely no issue with doing so until 20+ minutes had passed. The food was barely warm and stale. No idea who manages the night crew but this is horrible.

The white lady at the front took my order and was stubborn as hell made me order on the kiosk when she was literally right there and on top of that was mad about a truck meet going on outside and giving me attitude. How is that my problem that people playing loud music outside your restaurant?And on top of that found a 12 inch long parasite like hair in my food after I ate half the burger and saved the other half for tomorrow morning. Who knows what I ate in the other half last night 😷😷
