We had to clean our own table with some wet napkins with water from the soda machine. Floors are also not maintained, their is lettuce and little trash on the floors.

Will never return to those location, we come here often as it is closest to our home , however the service we received today was nothing short of terrible customer service, was mot a crew member it was the manager , she was totally rude and said she could not physically take our order, that we had to use the kiosk, i refuse tu use it as I believe it takes jobs away from people , and the company uses these to save labor costs. She said she could not take our order and to use the kiosk and walked away… she was absolutely rude!!! Oct 30th 2025 we were there around 4pm.

I ordered a BYOB jacks spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo and two orders of curly fries in stead of the two tacos. It was under 20$ so I was happy with that. Highly recommend for my late night burgers. At 3 am

The lady with the black shirt who I think is the manager is really rude she speaks to the customer with such attitude if it wasn't for my kids having an appointment and being hungry I would of gone to Wendy's across the street. I rather go to this Jack in the box then the one on Mt Vernon but after today not anymore.

Felicity was the associste at the drive thru window. She was very rude to me and my husband. We were excited to go there as we have recently moved back to the area and havent had jack in the box in abiut 5ish years...we understand she may have had a rough morning but the eye rolling and attitude were not necessary. Had she not acted that way i would have given this place 5 stars all throught out. This was our 3rd time this week at this location and the other associates were so much better. Its always clean inside, the drive thru is always clean and easy to get through. I knew my husband was not happy when she said "Sauce" and he didnt even get my ranch&ketchup😭.

Quite disappointed in most of our food.
The fries were barely warm when we got them so totally cold and soggy in 5 min when we got home.
The tacos were discussing TBH. Made it thru about a third of one, the other one went straight to the trash.
One of the places you can count to be open 24 hrs. Especially when you have the munchies. I like their new $6 menu items. You can choose up to 4 items; burger fries nuggets drink and a few others to pick. Very filling.
