There used to be this really butch-like woman who was manager at this location n shee was absolutely HORRIBLE. Theyve got someone else as manager now and whomever the guy is whos working the window, late, late night during the week, is thee sweetest! When taking my order, he was very patient with me, as my passengers kept changing their minds, plus he was very understanding when it came to my ever-so-picky childrens' very spicifically special orders and guess what - we got exactly what we had ordered -AND with ALL of the specifications my picky kids had asked for! NOBODY does T.H.A.T.! EVER! BUT this place- right here and in this time. Is getting all their orders 100% CORRECT! JUST KNOW THAT!

Great service for fast food. It does depend on who is in the window but most of them are extremely friendly and the chicken nuggets are delicious. I always check to make sure. Sometimes they will only have French fries that are not extremely high. It's hot, so I always ask for fresh French fries. And they have no problem with that.

Service is great people here keep it down to earth wait time is definitely longer than ideal however at most jack in the box the waittime is long. I would recommend going drive trough it seems to be quicker

Ordered the new monster mummy taco’s and they are definitely lacking in quality control I paid $13 for 4 tacos missing the nacho cheese and the bacon was just bunched in the middle. It wasn’t a rush it was 11:30pm so there is no excuse for such horrible service…
