Most of the employees just want to get you put as fast as they can, don't always listen to custom orders(like no mustard on a burger with no other special orders to it), most barely listen to your order and often get it wrong. Never provide you with a 4cup cup holders even when you have 4 or more drinks. But at least the food is usually hot, drinks cold, but they don't advertise they don't carry all the usual jack in the box soda varieties.

The food is great the cost is affordable but the wait time is absolutely unnecessary. I never eat inside because you can't order from an actual person you have to do it from an electronic menu and I just hate that so much but the food is amazing

There used to be this really butch-like woman who was manager at this location n shee was absolutely HORRIBLE. Theyve got someone else as manager now and whomever the guy is whos working the window, late, late night during the week, is thee sweetest! When taking my order, he was very patient with me, as my passengers kept changing their minds, plus he was very understanding when it came to my ever-so-picky childrens' very spicifically special orders and guess what - we got exactly what we had ordered -AND with ALL of the specifications my picky kids had asked for! NOBODY does T.H.A.T.! EVER! BUT this place- right here and in this time. Is getting all their orders 100% CORRECT! JUST KNOW THAT!

Great service for fast food. It does depend on who is in the window but most of them are extremely friendly and the chicken nuggets are delicious. I always check to make sure. Sometimes they will only have French fries that are not extremely high. It's hot, so I always ask for fresh French fries. And they have no problem with that.
