Honestly I come to bakersfield once a week for my daughter's appt and usually I have a great service here it's only once in a great while they mess up my order or they want to be rudeI always ask for 1 ranch and 3 packets of taco sauce but today I didn't receive that so instead i get a huge handful of ketchup which i never use with my curly fries. ..first time they want to charge for the ranch so I said it's ok forget it because I paid with card I didn't have cash on me so u say taco sauce is fine...ive worked in fast food for 10 years I understand it's frustrating but don't give people attitude especially when they're already having a bad day... it will jst piss them off more

25 cents for ranch when you're spending $15 on a combo?! Not ONE packet of ranch comes with curly fries in a large combo. What a joke this place is. Never coming here again. Neither should you. McDonalds doesn't even do that. Manager needs to step it up or grow some with corporate before you lose all your customers.

Food service was horrible. I ordered a pair of tacos and got some breakfast tacos. Got charged sauces when I'm driving away and like maybe 15 minutes away from the place I grab my tacos and I got some breakfast tacos instead of regular tacos. I am never ordered breakfast tacos. The customer service was so bad not even got greeted or thank you. Have a great day.
