I went to Jack in The box on 5/24/2025 at 8:30pm ordered 4 tacos with extra cheese and two drinks got home and had only two tacos no cheese called and was told to come back and they would give me my order plus a large fry went back two days later at 11:45am the manager treated me like I was out to get Free food took my order and when I got home there was no cheese on my taco's when I originally ordered double cheese do better Jack in the box

The tacos were so greasy we couldn’t eat them and the egg rolls were burnt almost black. The smash burger was old n had been sitting since lunch, I assume. It was gross! We thru it all away! Never eat there again!

They charged me for large sodas and gave me medium ones
Don't know what the atmosphere inside was because we drove through. It was a relatively slow time of day. So they weren't too busy. We ordered 2 jumbo jacks with cheese. No mayonnaise, no ketchup. We received 2 jumbo jacks without cheese, with hardly any onions or pickles, thrown together haphazardly and looked like they'd been sitting on the cabinet for a long time. When we unwrapped them, we found they had no cheese. We turned around immediately & went back. Only to have replacement sandwiches delivered cold. They offered us a free drink. Since we don't drink sodas, suggested, an order of fries, they gave us nothing, no receipt, no, I'm sorry, no, nothing. I will never ever, ever return there again!!!

The Indian manager here is awesome. He always has a good attitude and takes of this restaurant pretty well. I can choose any Jack in the box here in Bakersfield, this one is top spot for me

I've from the Northeast. We don't have Jack in the box but we still get the commercials so I was excited when I saw one for the first time in my life. The service was great. The food was good. The facilities were well maintained.
