Disgusting salty a** RUDE disrespectful girl taking orders here! I asked for the girls name and they gave me 2 different names (first it was “BRITTANY” …when I spoke to the manager she said her name was “JENNIFER”) the receipt says ANDREA. Idk who tf it was but it’s some Oompa Loompa leprechaun girl with a man bun , dark hair working here with some NEGATIVE ENERGY. Sis if you hate your job just say that, don’t take it out on customers.

Had an ultimate cheeseburger combo here for lunch today and it was amazing…tasted fresh and was served warm….the curly fries were delicious as well! Awesome lunch!!

Wish i could give a 0 star rating. Will not be going back. Unfortunately our vehicles battery died in the middle of the drivethru and we could not get it to start to move it. We were stuck about 25 minutes there when the manager came out saying if we didnt move in the next 5 minutes we would be charged with all the money they were losing. We were doing everything in our hands to move as quickly as we could. I had a panic attack in the middle of the whole situation because i couldnt afford do pay for the “lost customers” the lady was extremely rude so im done with jack for good.

Ordered my food and it was cold but not as cold as the service I recieved from Maria if she's the store manager . She's the Hispanic lady about 5'3 with redish glasses hair tied back .She's unpleasant and unprofessional. She's always give me an attitude everytime I see her. I witness her literary laugh at someone before when they tired paying with a ebt and it's intimidating seeing her there cause 90 percent of the time when she's there I don't want to walk in because she will suck the last of your dignity out. I know it's a review and I my sound like a bitter customer but I know what's rite and I know what's wrong and she's simply wreckless with her attitude. Sad part is that she's training people and we don't need more people there with her attitude. We living in hard times and need more compassion and professionalism from employees who represent these major fast food chains. Please put the jack back in the box. I'm only leaving this review because I mustard the courage to raise awareness but I don't ever plan to come back . This probably happens to a million people throughout the 2200 stores nationwide a year and jack but if you do the math tacos $1.63 tax include may vary state to state you're losing 1,630,000 dollars a year from customers turning there backs on the places that don't treat there customers rite.
