On the door dash app, there is no place to request sauces. Ive checked this for myself. When I ask for extra at pickup, one guy acts like he is the president of the company and the company will go bankrupt if they give out any extra sauces. Even when I say that I'll pay for it, an attitude is still given. At any other jack in the box locations, they have no problem with the customer asking for extra sauces.

When we arrived , the great from the employees was great. As expected. They helped us right away . My mother couldnt decide on what she wanted , but the employees were very patient. As we were getting our drinks , all the sodas were out (other than coke, sprite, and the unsweetened tea) , i wanted strawberry fanta :( . We walked to a table available, wasnt wiped off for a while , as there was dried off ketchup on it 😳. Cleaned it myself with a napkin and water. Our meal was for dining in , we got our food in a to go bag and forgot our order of tacos , i went back to the counter and got them, as for another customer, they forgot his tacos , he got an extra one. The back employee was very helpful🤷♀️😔. I understand its out highway 65 and is possibly just a quick stop n go place,but over all it was good 😊

I have stopped eating fast food completely, I recently heard all these places McDonald's, Jack's, and other have mixed in so much fillers, color, preservatives, and other ingredients that should never be in the meat. Be very careful what you eat nowadays it could cause you severe medical problems. So much garbage being sold in America's stores.
