There was nothing in those taco’s except some sauce and lettuce. I can’t believe how thin these things are. Terrible. The girl Haley seemed like she could care less that she was serving a customer.

I ordered breakfast at about 11:00 and was served 2 extremely drenched in oil hashbrowns and some very soggy eggs. I ate just 2 bites of my food and had to leave my trash on the table because the trash can was overflowing. Most awful experience I've ever had at a jack in the box.
Unfortunately the worse Jack I have been eaten. Old bread, lot of fat and do not taste like others.. :(

I don't want to take this experience the wrong way because in all the YEARS that I've been coming here this is the 1st HORRIBLE experience I've had. I live less than 5 minute drive and I was upset as to how is possible for my chicken sandwiches, both of them to be piping hot and my fries to be practically ICE COLD and STALE? I don't know if it's because I'm of a certain color or if the guys thinks it's a joke or funny but I'm of a mind to not patronize this establishment any longer. Man and when you get those Jack N The Box Fries nice and Hot with some Ranch.......MAN! And yall ruined it for me. Not Happy, Very disappointed.

The people are nice, but constantly get my order wrong, every time i try to call using the number that's listed online for them, it never goes through. It's just annoying to come all the way home and find items missing and your order wrong. Numerous times from the 7th Standard location. Especially when the majority of the time I'm the only one in the drive through. For $20 an hour I know you guys can do better!??♀️
