The food is pretty much the same as always, but the prices have gone crazy (even more than most)... The service is terrible, which is too bad because Jack's used to always seem above the curve in the customer service department, at least as far as fast food goes.

Ordered 2 buttery Jack's that they put on split top buns instead of signature when I went in to ask the manager said they discontinued the signature buns which is a lie I've been trying to call since the 7th of February 2024 to get my burgers remade but they have their phone off I used to work at a jack nd never would I have thought as a manager "hey I'll just lie to this sucker" poor experience and I still want my burgers remade to customer expectation and company standards.

AVOID THE DRIVE THROUGH AT THIS LOCATION! They seem to mess up my order Half the Time. This time I ordered the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. That's it - Just the Burger. Nothing else. Figured I'd make it easy this time. Got it home and it was, what looked like, a Swiss Burger. And to make it worse, it was cold and dry. Like it had been sitting for a while. I ate it anyway because I was hungry. But am pissed I overpaid for a burger I didn't get. No More at this location. I have voiced my displeasure with them in the past, but it obviously keeps happening.

Ordering off the app is pretty eand everything went well and the price was perfect. I wish the fries were more cooked and the tacos were a little less oily. It is still basically my preference for going to.
cold French fries for 3.50 cold and old, no recipe, had to ask for ketchup but she'd already closed the window and practically got the packets thrown at me .

While standing in the lobby waiting to order for 10 mins, after being stared at and ignored, waited another 10 mins for food. Then when asked for one ranch (when I didn’t receive any) they asked what my order was, and then replied that sauce is extra. Already late for my lunch break, I left even though I wanted to speak to a manager. Just honestly lazy and rude.Now after reading others reviews, I now know that this place basically won’t give any sauce unless you pay for it even if it comes with your meal. And no improvement since these same reviews go back 6 months. Definitely will never go here again or recommend anyone coming to this jack in the box.

Location is convenient and seems reasonably safe. Food and drinks were fine on the first visit in the day. They made a big point about asking if we wanted sauces and making sure to say they charge for all sauces. I don't particularly find this to be acceptable and it is certainly disappointing. In the trip back we stopped in and got drinks. The ice machine had gone down in the few hours between visits and they had to ask if we wanted ice and filled it themselves. Service was acceptable but there are definitely some areas that need improvement at this location.
